Went in to get footlong nachos and was told they don't do substitutes. All I wanted was lettuce instead of tomatoes, onions and peppers. Was it that hard to just add lettuce to the nachos * doritos*. They're basically selling a walking taco without the lettuce. Was told management won't allow substitutions.. you mean to tell me you'd lose a sale because you won't add a fingertip of lettuce to an order? I won't patronize a store, restaurant or anywhere where this rule is enforced. It's sad that when your store is empty all you can say is no I won't give you lettuce because our policy is no substitutions. I could see if it was every subway but it's only this location everyone else allows for add ons and take offs. But come on lettuce should be the basics of it. Yes I could have taken it without the lettuce and added my own but why should I. They won't have to worry about my business. I'll drive the extra miles and go to anothe5 location that values me as a customer. They also have cut back on the amount of meat they give. You're basically getting bread and lettuce. Meanwhile the prices have increased for 15$ for a sandwich i want more than bread. So if you're hungry or just wanting something to eat, Subway is not it. Spend that 15-20$ on a real sandwich where you can get more than 3 slices of meat thats really 1.5 because its cut in half and so is the cheese.
I love the tuna fish foot long with tomato and lettuce. Nothing else is needed because their tuna salad is wonderful.
The worst of the worst. Avoid at all costs
Pls dont waste your money buying anything from here .. so worse customer service and worst footlong I have ever had .
Hours of operation on the door say 10pm. D over to the store for the man to be behind the counter with the doors locked before 9. When I knocked on the door, he ignored me. I had to call just to get a BS excuse as he looked at me from behind the counter smh
I got some food from there yesterday, I ordered a cheesesteak sub, it tasted completely awful, I couldn’t even finish it. It had this weird smell to it, I had a few bites but that was it. The cookie I ordered wasn’t even cooked nearly enough, I might as well have been eating cookie dough. A complete waste of money.
Legit scammers. Gave themselves a tip and waited for me to put my card down to add it
$25 for a footlong sub, you're out of your minds, can't believe you get any customers
Wow definitely have gone downhill. Subs now $15 and ingredients lacking. Roll so stale was
Like chewing rawhide. Will go to Italian places for excellent and packed full subs for less $$. Will not return here!
Came here to spend time with my mom. The dude making sandwiches was acting sassy

This Subway NEVER participates in deals. What's the point of having the Subway branding if you don't participate with any deals. They didn't even participate with the veterans day deals.

Be careful ordering online from this location. They advertise as offering the bogo foot-longs but be careful they will give you a free sub but upped all the prices to $22 for a foot-long. Other subways offer the same deal and subs are $9 for foot-longs literally less than a mile from this location. When ordering on the app be sure to check the prices of other near by locations to make sure your actual getting a deal and not paying more than you would have for 2 foot-longs not on special. If you order here and get the bogo you will pay $22 for 2 subs but order down the rd and you will get 2 subs for $9 with the bogo deal. You’re not getting a deal when you order here. Never in my live will I pay $22 for 1 12inch sub. Especially from the McDonald of subs. I would go to a real sub shop and still pay less than here. In fact this location has a pizza shop across the street near 5 below that offers subs for a better price and quality. Subs are around $12 at the pizza shop and aren’t fast food quality you also don’t have to pay extra attention to make sure you’re not getting scammed. With prices as high as they are it’s a shame to see places trying to rip off the American people. It’s time to say good bye to big corporations and hello to mom and pop shops. This isn’t the first time subway has done something like this and it’s about time someone repots them the the better business bureau.
