Hair in my sub

My boyfriend and I went to subway on progress. We ordered 2 foot longs. We got home and opened the subs, my boyfriend went to take a bite and there was a roach on his subway paper and crawled up on his head. I couldn't tell if there was anything in mine because I got the the philly. Also the lady that made our food had an attitude. Just going to say NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. That was a waste of money. Couldn't believe what we saw.

Roaches!! Well my wife saw 1 roach, which means there are more and they are very stingy with the meat. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Recently ordered a regular foot-long sandwich here and was not disappointed Very generous with the meat, cheese and toppings. Sub was tasty, fresh and of good quality. Not sure if they're under new management, but their service was fast and efficient. Highly recommend and would go back!

I wish I could give them zero start. I had a coupon for a six inch sub with chip and a drink for $6.49. I ordered my sub and everything was good. When I got to the register my total was $8.99. I asked the lady that was there why $8.99. She could not explain why!!! I told her ok leave the chip and drink Still $8.99 CLEARLY THIS LADY DOES NOT NO WHAT SHE'S DOING!!! SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!. I went there yesterday with my son. She did it again while I was there to someone else ??. The customer walked out and left the meal there. Just like I did. I WILL NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!

Never again. I was passing by and stopped to get a quick delicious bite. It was everything but quick and delicious. Half the product either they don’t have it or looking dried up old. I will keep my subway visit to my usual one. Never again at this location for sure!!!

I've been to this Subway store multiple times and been unhappy with the quality of the food And the service. But because it's convenient, sometimes I still go by there. This last time was by far the worst experience I've ever had and absolutely will go out of my way now to go somewhere else. When I got there, the door was locked. And the girl had to come Let me in because she was so overwhelmed because she was by herself that she couldn't keep up. They were out of everything and I mean Even the meats. They were out of most of the vegetables And only had lettuce tomatoes and pickles available. They didn't even have parmesan cheese to sprinkle on my sub. After choosing two subs, both different from each other, from what was available, the girl Was mixing up the ingredients on the subs instead of just doing one at a time and I kept having to tell her she was putting the wrong ingredients on the wrong sub. I don't blame the staff though, because every time I go in there. There's somebody new, and there's never, ever been an owner or manager there. Clearly, whoever owns this Subway could care less about it. Because they're never there to make sure that it's running properly.

DO NOT and I mean, DO NOT understand any circumstances order from this location.Clearly, the owner's of this one could care less about the service they provide. This location is understaffed and poorly managed. I tried to give places the benefit of the doubt and give them a second try before leaving a review. Every experience that I've had at this location has been horrible. My previous visit to this location our order was completely wrong and then when we ask for a refund, they took the food back and said that we would have to get a refund from corporate. That was back in February It's now September, and I've heard nothing that $16 I guess I donated to their overworked employees. Yesterday 9/7/2023 we placed a mobile order it said our order would be ready at 4:55pm we got there at 5 order wasn't even started there was only 2 employee in what was a super hot and humid store. One of the employees left mid sandwich and never came back leaving a lady there that clearly was suffering from the heat to make all the orders herself. She kept stopping literally mid making out order to run orders outside. We ending up leaving woth our orders incorrectly made but I felt so bad for the overwork employee that we just took them and left. I would have requested a refund and left the order but after 5 months and no word on the last refund they weren't about to get me twice. Yes this is a Ling review but it's also honest and detailed......Owners of this location you read this do better...and you own me a refund for a few subs I'm still waiting on!!!

I wanna know why y’all think it’s okay for ya’ll to close whatever time y’all want. Placed a mobile order @8 o’clock.. The app said received .. built & ready . Went to this location & the door was locked @ 8:30 . Lights were on and everything. MY ORDER WAS PAID FOR. Currently on the phone & letting it ring, waiting for the voicemail to pop up. I got something to say. JUST CLOSE THE DAMN PLACE DOWN AT THIS POINT!!
