I put an order into the app a little bit after 7 PM to make sure that I was able to do order pick up at this location. Online it said that the location was open until eight. The app said that I needed to order by 7:30 PM. I put in the order and everything went through, and then I went to the location and the doors were closed. The lights were off. No one was around. The store had closed early and I was not able to get my food. I would not recommend this location because why was I able to put an order in if they had already shut down for the day? Nothing on the door or anything so that they had closed at a different time than usual. If they had different hours than usual, it should’ve been conveyed. If they have changed their hours, it needs to be updated online so that people don’t drive to pick up their food to find the store clothes.

I saw that the cookies I wanted were not available and turned to leave. The gentleman said he had oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip. I said ok I'll take two of each. I left and while driving away I saw that when I opened the large paper bag the chocolate was completely melted. This was a mess on my hands and I threw away the cookies out of disgust. I usually stop by another subway but thought I would try this place. The gentleman was deceptive in accommodating my order knowing that the chocolate chip cookies were melted.

My husband and I had a really crappy experience the last time we ordered from this location. My husband had ordered his food and then went to order my sub. Which would have been an Italian sub on a wrap. The kid working the counter could not tell him what was in an Italian wrap and kept asking what kind of meat he wanted so that clearly says that he was not trained properly or he's just dumb and doesn't know what he's doing. He then changed it to a cold cut combo, which should have had 3 types of meat plus my added pepperoni and bacon. When he received it, it was on a flat bread and not a wrap so he kindly asked them if they could make it into a wrap like he had ordered, they then told him they do not have any wraps, so they made the food wrong and hoped that we wouldn't notice without informing us prior to making the food that they were out of wraps. Because if that was the case, I would have ordered something else. On top of that, when I got my "wrap", there was hardly anything in it and there was only one type of meat plus my added. There should have been 3 and the only thing on there was Bologna, and it was very small and comparison as to what a wrap would have been and I'm sure we were charged the same price regardless of their lack of knowledge and ingredients. After I was off work, I then proceeded to try to call the location to speak to a manager regarding the situation. After 7 phone calls, every one of them went instantly to a voicemail and would not even ring into the store. So now I have to take time out of my day to go and discuss the lack of training that this store is offering to their employees and how disappointed I am with them. There are way better ways to go about situations like this. Like informing your customers when you are out of something instead of just making it in hopes that they don't notice until it's too late and don't complain. Unfortunately for them I am not the person who will not complain. I hope that they see this. And I hope that you think twice before ordering from this location. Do better subway.

Employees demonstrated a lack of hygiene using their dirty gloves on their phones and then back to food. Coughed towards food.

I was also surprised by a simple sandwich costing $20. I just threw it out after, disgusted.

We ordered on a Sunday, at 6:30 pm est or slightly after and they canceled the order online. We arrived at 6:50 and tbi is when they said we cancelled that since we are closing at 7 pm and the lights were being shut off. We then checked online it says open until 9pm, also even if they were closing at 7, they had 1/2 to make 4 subs.Checked my statement today and see they also charged the credit card, so I’ll have to figure out how to get my money back.

My boyfriend, two year old and I visited on Sunday around 1, 2pm and the young man who was working alone was one of the kindest subway workers I think I'd ever met... especially for seemingly being high school/freshly out of high school aged. He was very patient and did an amazing job and spoke to me very respectfully, as I reciprocated. Our subs were absolutely delicious, got a #11 Club and I split a ham and turkey Flatbread with my kiddo.

I've worked in the restaurant business and I must give the manager, Dev, some major credit. He is the only person running this location ALL DAY, and he's killing it. My mom and I appreciated his service loads and the subs and cookies were, as always, wonderful. Thanks Dev!

Stay away from this subway. Got a 6” tuna sub, bun toasted and it was hard as a rock and hardly any tuna in it. My fiancé ordered it for me I was not with him. I took the sub back to show them how hard it was and hardly any tuna in it and maybe three pieces of lettuce in it. They would not make me a new sub and total ignored me. I asked if they were going to make me a new sub and the guy said absolutely not. Both employees went in the back room and totally ignored me. I have been going to this subway for years and never had a problem. Beware stay away there are other subways around the area!!

Poor customer service by Spanish and mixed worker in there week of Oct 1st around 1pm, very rude and got the order wrong, I told her and she insisted that it was right, very short tempered. Took my order then other customer’s and made me wait while she finished his order.I paid then went to check before leaving and sure enough she had given me the other customer’s sub.Neither worker apologized, simply told the other customer to give me the one that was mine.Horrible service. I’d rate less than one star, I will not return. Sandwich barely had any meat…money wasted.

Andre very helpful, if we havent decided what to get, he always suggests items we didnt even know Subway offered. Bread was perfectly fresh, amount of meat on sandwich was great, too. Due to our work schedule, we love that they are open later than most places! Our experiences have all been good to date.
