waited in the drive thru for an hour, it was like they forgot about drive thru completely. saw employees taking smoke breaks while the line isn’t moving and at one point 2 employees came out and told everyone they were out of beef. then they hung around outside instead of going back inside. at this point we haven’t moved in 30 minutes and i still hadn’t even made it to order. would give 0/5 stars if i could.

Placed a mobile order last night and waited in the drive thru line from 1am until 2am for no reason because my order was canceled at 2am since the employees purposely stopped taking orders at 1:30 despite the wrapped around line, just so they could close right at 2am. They never came out to tell people in line that they were closing, and wouldn’t come to the window to explain anything. Wasted an hour in the middle of the night because half of the employees wanted to go out front for a smoke break while the others closed the restaurant while at least 15 cars were waiting. Horrible customer service and business practices.

Arrived at around 1:20 a.m. and was moving in line smoothly until about 01:30 A.M. The line stopped for like 30 minutes and cars started pulling off and people were outside saying they refused to take orders the last 30 minutes. I saw employees outside hanging out during some of this.

I do not write reviews but this place is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. when we arrived the guy taking our order kept rushing us. Afterwards we tried to order with a brand new (but broken gift card) still readable. he said it wouldn’t work and we reassured him the code would if he entered it manually. he just threw the card away. we also ordered a CHICKEN but received a steak one 🤮. if your craving Taco Bell think about going to a different one.

Had an issue where i placed an uber eats order, but it kept bouncing to different drivers. Called the place and the workers said that the driver stole my food! They let me come in person to pick it up myself. Food was great, employees were nice about. Thank you to the manager on duty and his staff!

With the new automation of these places, confusion, long lines, loonngg waiting times (33 minutes), it is obvious that the remodel was a failure. People ordering after us were served before us. No cash allowed. I was so angry watching the non sensical way peoples orders were filled that it ruined the lunch. Will never return.
