Despite liking Texas Roadhouse overall, I would NOT recommend the Union Deposit, Harrisburg, PA location. Ordered take out at a non busy time, waited more than an hour for 3 salads, was not acknowledged at the To Go window several times & had to go inside to get a status. Was told to go back out in the heat to wait that my order was being redone because it was wrong, after already waiting 45 min. My boyfriend and I went to texas roadhouse on union deposit road friday the 13th around 7pm. Everything was great until we got our second batch of bread and there was hair in mine. Very disappointing. Unfortunately we had already ordered our meal so we had to send it back. I hate to be wasteful however my partner and I were very uncomfortable and lost our appetite. The manager took the food off of our bill and we left.
Disappointing to WAIT in vehicle as told by the text for the waitlist for way over our time frame & when going to front we were told the “power went out” and they were closing early/employees leaving. No concern for having customers & children waiting with no information! 🤷🏼♀️ On top of that all of the signs for the restaurant were on, tv’s inside on & music playing outside on loud speakers…but yes, necessary to close over an hour early due to “no power”....read full review
