We celebrated my birthday at The Melting Pot, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Cameron was an amazing server—attentive, knowledgeable, and so much fun—and Brian made sure we were well taken care of, too.
The food was delicious, and the cocktails were just as great. Every course felt like a treat, and the whole experience was so special. Thank you to the entire team for helping make my birthday memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

We were visiting the area to go to Hershey World and we tried this place. It was a little more pricey than we’d hoped but the whole concept was really fun and the food was great. Most importantly though was our server Luis (I hope that’s his name, that’s what it said on our receipt). He took the time to explain the way everything worked and offered recommendations based on our situation (we had our two kids with us who don’t eat much sometimes) so that we didn’t overspend, and also made sure we had enough to fill us up. He was super friendly and courteous even though it was such a busy night, and always apologized if he was gone for a bit (although totally didn’t need to, I’ve worked in food service before and I know how it can be). He was very patient when we changed our order partway through the four courses (because we realized we were going to be way too full for it all and needed to downgrade to just two fondues without entrees or salads) and I hope it didn’t cause any issues. One of my kids also spilled her drink, which was a little chaotic. Regardless, Luis was so kind and patient. If his boss is reading this, please give him a raise! He was awesome!
Other notes: atmosphere was cozy, everything looked clean and sleek and professional, menu had a great variety, flavors were on point, and I would definitely go again if I lived in the area

Jaden was a waiter and he was amazing. It was our first time here and it was by far the best restaurant experience we have ever had. It was our 14th wedding anniversary and he brought out a plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate. We will definitely be back!

Did a great job going over each course and chatted up with us about football! So beyond nice and made our experience tonight the best we've had yet! First time here, low light setting, the artichoke dip and 4 cheese dip were fabulous! They didn't have my bell peppers to dip but substituted with zucchini instead which was fine-great small plates, included broccoli, apples, tomatoes, pretzel and artisan bread cut up perfect fo dipping! You can also control the temperature of the fondue hot plate- the waiter mixes the cheeses for you right at the table! Just went for lunch and opted for fondue for two-friendly staff would definitely return!

The family and myself went to my mother in-laws birthday party here and we had a blast. The service, food and setting were all phenomenal. And, to top it off we had the best waiter as well. I can’t wait to go back with the family again. This was probably one of the best times I have ever had at the dinner table. This was an Awesome experience! If you haven’t tried this place, make sure you put it at the top of your list. You won’t regret it. Enjoy!
