It's my first time eating here today. Christina was so sweet when I came in, greeted me and let me sit wherever I wanted. I ordered the New York steak (medium rare) w/ sunny side eggs, home fries, and white toast. Because I was extra hungry also I went ahead and ordered their eggs Benedict w/ ham on a muffin topped with hollandaise glaze, and home fries. The steak was seasoned very well I didn't need to use any A1 sauce. Their home fries are THE BEST. I like to try a lot of diner foods and no one's home fries compares to this place. Best eggs Benedict I've ever tried. Everything was perfectly made and you can taste and feel the love in these meals. This place needs to receive their flowers. Atmosphere is very cute and cozy. Prices are super budget friendly. MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE than other diners and the flavor/texture is well worth it. Highly recommended this place. Will be coming back!

We are from Jersey and we stopped at IHOP. We did have to leave IHOP because we never got service. We searched for a diner, and Titos Diner popped up. Let me tell you - We didn't regret it. Titos Diner was amazing.

Listen up, if you like eggs Benedict, you have got to order some from here. We made a big breakfast for Father's day and ordered 4 to go, the order was ready for pickup at the requested time and just excellent. We all loved it, perfect poach, some of the best I've ever had - over a place recently where the cost was double for the dish. Have been in before and should have left a review sooner, but that was just so impressive, I had to share!

Tito's is the place we always default to for a classic diner breakfast. They have the crispiest hash browns in the area, and wonderfully cooked omelettes which are never burnt/overcooked as they are at almost every other diner in Harrisburg. The inside is unpretentious, but pleasant. The service is always friendly, with familiar servers each time and often getting checked on personally by the owner/cook during the meal.
My only real note is that while their breakfast meats are generally great, if you are a scrapple fan, avoid it here! Their scrapple is particularly poor and I'm not sure they know how to cook it properly.
This review was not for Tito's, this was for the previous owner. This used to be an excellent restaurant. However the new manager/owner is running it into the ground. Food quality went way down. Staff can only do so much with the crappy ingredients they're given. Skip this place, go ANYWHERE else...

Great food, friendly waitress. It's in a strip mall but do not let that discourage you from trying it out. Dinner variety menu. If you like cream chip beef, I suggest getting it over the Belgian Waffle, fantastic.

I have only ordered online. Only breakfast. The food is Sooo good. The only thing that bothers me, is the vegetables were to many and too big. (Onions/peppers). I added special instructions about chopping/dicing them. I'm waiting for the food to arrive now. So let's see how they did. I would love to give them 5 stars. Let's see...
