The Patio at the Hilton Harrisburg

Here for the 2023 American Legion Department Convention and Hilton Harrisburg Hotel never fails! Having a great time and staff is extremely helpful and friendly!

I’m staying here for a conference and was refused service by Vanessa at 11:11 pm. Google tells me they’re open til midnight. Photo was taken after I was refused service and came back down the elevator at 11:38 pm. People still at bar.

Loved the experience and the Asst. General Manager Phillip is amazing! Great staff and lovely stay! Perfect for events! LGBTQIA friendly!

Very unhappy with my stay this past week. I told housekeeping 3 days in a row that I had gnats or fruit flies swarming my room and nothing was ever done about it. I literally had to swat the flies away when I was laying in bed watching TV. I checked out this morning around 5:00am and the night shift front desk attendant totally blew me off like he didn’t care. I use Hilton Hotels often for my work travel but this particular property in Harrisburg, PA was very disappointing.

I lose everything. I am a wedding guest at the hotel. I lost my gift card box some how but the awesome employees found it. They brought great relief to me. I give them 5 stars!

Amazing is the best way to describe this. I come here often for long weekends and this weekend was a wine tasting to benefit the Whitaker Center. Keep up the great work! 6 on a scale of 1-5.

I stayed at the Hilton during a work trip and it was possibly the best Hilton I have ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly, the hotel had amazing restaurants downstairs, and the front desk team was stellar. Aris at the from desk was there every night and was friendly, accommodating, and went out of her way to make the guests feel welcome. Great job to the team here at the Hilton downtown Harrisburg.

Amazing hotel with a great dining and atmoshere!! The executive tower is so well staffed and has food and drink options also. definitely will be back
