To place an order, you're better off calling. I hate when you stand at the counter and they leave you waiting for a long time on your break I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and called twice to see how long it would take for them to take an order over the phone and the same people standing in front of you answer the phone at two different counters and yet don't even bother to take your order that you are standing in front of them.
