I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, just wish they were open on weekends. All the other restaurants are open today (Saturday) while The HBG Flea is happening and they are closed.

Extremely rude employees. Will never come back to this store.

I normally have a great experience… but this time I got the wrong chips, the smoothie had minimal flavor, I asked for no banana in the smoothie and the only flavor I tasted was banana, the smoothie was half melted, and I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and couldn’t more than half due to it being drenched in buffalo sauce like soup (I tried to pour out extra buffalo sauce but it was still drenched)

Strawberry Square location is my favorite 5/5. They never disappoint my smoothie is great every time!

I only got smoothies here. I love mango smoothies, so when mine was mostly mango tasting, I had no complaints. My partner is a but picky and he enjoyed his as well.

Ordered a chipotle chicken club with an orange and bahama mama smoothie. Smoothie didn't have much flavor, never received an orange, and half my chicken was cold. There was only one other person ordering food so they weren't overly busy - service was quick.

The quality of the smoothies is good, but today the employees I dealt with were very obstinate regarding my question of if one of the items had dairy in it. I asked politely and they responded rudely (there wasn't anyone behind me in line), like I was burdening them. They then complained about me to each other while I was waiting for smoothie. I had a gut feeling that I shouldn't drink the smoothie, and I was right. Within minutes I felt the digestive pain that my body gets when it has dairy. They deliberately and maliciously put dairy in the smoothie out of resentment to my polite and courteous question. This business markets itself as a health conscious business then they get irritated when people politely inquire about ingredients that concern their health? Do they deliberately put those ingredients in their products out of spite? Sorry you hate your customers so much...
