I had a discrepancy in my order when delivered. However after speaking to associate he allowed me to keep it and offered to make me another. I love going to tropical smoothie on Hight point boulevard. They seem to care about their customers. The food taste great as well. I am grateful 🥹

I usually order online and pickup. Today I went in to order and had a pretty weird interaction with the cashier. I ordered a drink for my child and he told me they wouldn't like it. At first I took it as a friendly recommendation. I confirmed the order with my child and confirmed it with the cashier. He proceeded to try and talk my 3 year old out of her order. I confirmed it again and asked for no turbinado. When I order online it gives the option to make it without turbinado. Instead of excluding it he kept telling me that I want it with turbinado. It was really weird and borderline aggressive instead of just taking my order. I ended up just walking out. I question now if they even make online orders correctly.

Me and my twin sister got a smoothie here, and she also got some food. Her food and smoothie were good apparently, but mine wasn't the best. Not bad, just... alright. I drank it anyway but I didn't really like it. I think it was called a Sunset-something? It was supposed to have strawberries, orange juice, and I think pineapples or something else in it. But it just tasted like muted orange. It wasn't sweet, just dull. The staff were nice, this one guy (he looked like a manager, but I'm not sure) gave the customer in front of us a box to carry her big order, which was nice.
They don't respond to job applications, though. Even after you call about an application. I never got a response from them, not even just an email saying I wasn't getting an interview. It's not really professional, but I guess everything else was okay, so whatever. But I wouldn't waste your time applying here, if you ever consider it.

This was suppose to be my go to place before and after the gym. Too many times I’ve gotten inconsistent smoothies. I get the same one every time, and each time it tastes different. This time, my smoothie tastes like something spoiled is mixed in to it. Motivated me to mix up my own smoothie at home!

I order online and pick it up. I personally have never had a single issue with my orders. We always order the chia banana boost with added peanut butter, the Blimey Limey and even the Detox one. I like that you can customize the sweetness level or remove the added sugar altogether. They also use turbinado sugar which is a less processed form compared to other sugars.
They are good and it’s worth the ride for us to grab them. I wish they had another location in the area tbh.
I have never had anything other than a smoothie so I can’t comment on that.

Very good staff and very good food quality. Strongly recommend this place to visit with friends and family
