I ordered the quesadilla and wasn’t given the salsa that normally comes with it. It’s pretty disappointing since the salsa is what makes it good. But this is what I get from not checking my order before leaving the parking lot.

The food is mostly very good, They honor coupons/discounts and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've noticed they tend to have busy moments, with a little patience, its worth the wait. I come here often and i'd always recommend it to friends.Parking: Lots of parking available around the shops, may need to walk extra depending what time of day it is, and the parking spots available.

Got food poisoning from the Acai bowl doesn’t wash fruit?? Or old frozen fruit. First time having it felt fine thought it was weird how it was fully frozen, Since I have woken up have been throwing up and unable to keep anything down and atmosphere is nonexistent when u first walk

Last night (11/13) I visited this location. The customer in front of me was completely rude and tried to take advantage of the cashier for free smoothies (since it was her daughter's birthday). The cashier handled her with grace, promoted the company and the app for rewards, and was a lot more accommodating than he should have been. He smiled the entire time even though the customer was making everyone uncomfortable and was holding up the line. Great service!

This location needs a more friendlier person in the morning.. someone that says hello or good morning perhaps.. someone with great energy.. the guy that works in the morning seems robotic and racist.. my experience was extremely unpleasant. And to my smoothie is watered down:-(

My Buffalo chicken wrap and smoothie were very tasty. Service was so friendly (and helpful since it was my first time here). Many people streamed in and out during the time I was there. Many were regulars as the owners chatted with them and seemed to know them. Many vegetarian and healthy food and smoothie choices.

Took my food forever to come when it finally did come I didn't have all my food. And the food that I did have was cold.
We love and go out of our way for it. Also at a hair salon the beautician said she just went on a date and they went to the smoothie cafe.Our favorite and a date spot for another, I call that two thumbs up ??

I ordered two sandwiches from this location and they tasted like chemicals and plastic! I called to complain and no one ever called me back so I had to call them. They asked if I still had the sandwich from a day ago, who asks that. Then had the audacity to tell me I have to bring the sandwiches back that are in my trash bin back to the store to write them off. They refused to provide me a refund after spending $30 in there for sandwiches that tasted like chemicals and plastic. I will NEVER be eating here again! Don’t go to this location for any sandwiches!

I ordered a smoothie in the am and scheduled a time to pick it up only to arrive and it not be available. When the cashier suggested I leave and my money would be refunded I should have resisted the need to leave and just be late for work because I still do not have my money. I asked the new cashier to contact his manager which he refused to do until after I contacted my bank. Who asked if another machine could be used to make the refund because an error msg should not be appearing. The cashier refused and also refused to give me his name. And told me the manager stated the money would be refunded but it would take time. How about I should have not been billed when I never received the product. I will never return to this location as I have seen others state.
