Like the craft, creative vibes of this location. Most unique flavors for ice cream along with the favorites. We got a milkshake and a Cortado from the coffee menu. They nailed both! Worth your visit.

The ice cream was delicious! But the service was terrible. We walked in and the lights weren't on, so we weren't sure the shop was even open. The lady working wouldn't hardly speak to us, and gave short several-word answers when we asked about flavors. It felt uncomfortable, like we were imposing upon the employee's time. We were supposed to be celebrating some happy news but ended up eating our ice cream in awkward silence. I'd like to say we will go back for the ice cream but I'm not sure we will because the service was so poor.

Strawberry ice cream was the bomb. However, I came here for a mocha or latte but the girl said the machine was not working... but it claims that this is an ice cream and coffee shop, right? Strange that the espresso machine isn't functioning....She appeared very unhappy. We were not given a welcome we came in the shop nor did she acknowledge our "thank you" before we headed out. Just overall rude and lacks in customer service and personality.

love urban churn and the unique ice cream flavors! it’s a little pricey but i’m happy to pay the price for the great quality and for a small business. the harrisburg location is notoriously bad at keeping their hours up to date, though. i’ve been disappointed a few times walking for ice cream after dinner to find out it’s closed with no updates on google or social.
Ice cream was delicious, server was friendly and efficient, and restaurant was clean and cute. My only complaint is the size of the servings. I was with several friends and when comparing a two scoop bowl vs. a three scoop, there was no difference in the amount of ice cream. The one scoop was almost the same amount as well. I asked just to make sure she put three scoops in and she said she did. Felt like I didn't get my money's worth.
