This place is NEVER right. All I wanted was a fancy frosty like they advertise. It was only about 75% full. The vanilla didn't work properly so they did it in chocolate. Frosty is the ONLY thing I'd purchase from this Wendy's. Service ALWAYS sucks and I'd NEVER purchase food cooked here

I wish I could leave 0 stars, I ordered regular nuggets, but they gave me spicy nuggets (I can’t eat spicy). When I went to say something about it they told they don’t sell regular nuggets (then why is it on the app if they don’t sell them at that store anymore?). Person attending the drive thru was rude, person at window was rude as well (I got a strawberry lemonade without the syrup being mixed with the lemonade and the guy at the window just told me to mix it myself. In addition, when I was at the counter I stood there for a good 5 minutes, and the person at the counter didn’t say a word until I called her out for it.

I tried this Wendy's for the 1st time and none of my order was correct. The burgers were terribly overcooked. I asked for no salt on the fries but they added salt. Lastly, I was given the wrong flavor of frosty. So disappointing!!!

Haven't been to this Wendy's in years and then I go I don't know what happened to the idea of work ethic or treating people with kindness but if you don't want to treat people decent and you don't want to smile or be nice for God's sakes at least get their order right.. then at least I can say maybe not the nicest people in the world but they sure get my order right all the time not the case my potato was Brown which means it has sat for a while we didn't get our whole order the girl slams the door to the drive-thru window shut on us God forbid we make you upset because you can't get an order correct.. how many customers have you lost due to those employees I wonder

I give Wendy’s a -10298383939 rating if possible. I ordered on uber eats today. Delivery was fine. I’m eating my food and I bite into 2 staples . Now I’m calling Wendy’s no one is answering. I have to wait for uber eats to get back to me. This is absolutely ridiculous and I do not recommend

I kind of feel bad about the review but at the same time I don't. I spent 30 minutes waiting to get food when I was one of only two people in the entire facility. They were backed up and had no intelligent personnel. We got the manager and he apologized but didn't do anything to help. He said they're way overwhelmed., the first time they brought the food it was the wrong order. The second time they brought food it was the wrong order and it was cold. The manager didn't do anything to refund money or to remedy this situation. The only good point was that I called corporate and they gave me a $15 credit on my Wendy's app
