I kind of feel bad about the review but at the same time I don't. I spent 30 minutes waiting to get food when I was one of only two people in the entire facility. They were backed up and had no intelligent personnel. We got the manager and he apologized but didn't do anything to help. He said they're way overwhelmed., the first time they brought the food it was the wrong order. The second time they brought food it was the wrong order and it was cold. The manager didn't do anything to refund money or to remedy this situation. The only good point was that I called corporate and they gave me a $15 credit on my Wendy's app

To those that worked the night of 12/20/24 into the morning of 12/21/24 please quit your job if you hate it so much when you order 2 baconators and 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers you’d assume you have a group that likes bacon so you guys decided to not put any bacon at all on anything except the one jr bacon with an inch long piece is a joke just like you guys are at night so thank you for ruining my image of Wendy’s and I hope your manager sees this and either fires you or you guys get nice written warning to do you job right so next time your too lazy to do your job think again and put the fries in the bag and think about how much of a waste of time and money you guys are pathetic people

The best Wendy’s you can go to! The workers are always there for you trying their hardest even when exhausted
We came there 2 times now and the manager Jaden greeted us. Made us feel welcome. Had no issues with what we wanted and even asked to give my daughter a toy. Definitely one of the friendliest ones I’ve been to

Drive thru took 30 minutes, rude employees, never brought out our pineapple frostys and acted like i didnt exist after i had to leave my kids in the car to get it fixed inside mcd. Interior of the restaurant is filthy. Food was lukewarm and order was wrong. Had 6 slices of cheese stacked on my sandwich that was drenched in sauce and cold. Worst $30 dollars I've ever spent. If Dave could see this place.......
