We had to repeat our order multiple times, and even then the cashier repeated back to us a completely different order. The overall atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable. We had several uncomfortable experiences during our meal and felt very unsafe. We should have seen the red flags that there were no cars in the parking lot. As soon as we got our food, we hurried out of there as quickly as possible. If you can avoid it, I wouldn’t recommend going here

The food was fine and the young lady who took our order was polite and helpful. However, the bathrooms were gross! There were two bathrooms which were very handicapped accessible and had plenty of room but unfortunately they looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. One bathroom had no toilet paper at all and had urine all over the floors and the toilet. The second bathroom had toilet paper but also had urine on the floors and the toilet seat was up & that person hadn't flushed. I think because they turned the bathrooms into both bathrooms being male and female, instead of one bathroom for each sex, men aren't hitting the toilet every time because that was what appeared to have happened in both bathrooms. I can't expect employees to go in and put the toilet seat down & flush every time but I can't expect them to clean the urine off the floors and on the toilets, and stock the toilet paper.. When the bathroom looks like that, it doesn't instill confidence in the cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant. I counted at least 5 people working while we were there, and there may have been more people behind the scene, so there were enough employees that someone could have been checking the bathrooms.. There were 2 employees that were in and out of the building frequently in the 30 minutes that we were there. One was occasionally power washing the sidewalk but in the 30 minutes that we were there, he never finished the small section of the sidewalk that he was working on. He and the other employee were smoking and chatting. Additionally, the napkins were not stocked. We took about 10 so I could decrease the French fries. This left four napkins in the napkin dispenser. In the time we were there no one refilled it. It's sad because we had eaten at this Wendy's a year ago and we're super impressed. The manager was awesome and even came over and asked us how our food was. Everyone was working hard and the bathrooms were clean. Even the parking lot looked cleaner. We only come through this area once a year but I doubt we will stop there this time next year.

I went to Wendy’s. I had extremely bad service. My order was entered wrong and when I let them know it took over 15mins at the drive through window. The cashier trying to fix my order….. I’m sad to mention, was highly likely to be on some hard drugs do the her uncontrollable shaking of her body and disorderly conduct & behavior. Communication was so tremendous that after the 15 mins of trying to correct my order that she CHARGED my card for, without receiving ANYTHING I ended up not feeling comfortable eating anything anymore & I drove off without food or drink. I wasted my time and money! I hope this place gets better. The most disappointing thing Is I really did wondered why the customer before also drove off without their order…… I hope they didn’t pay for anything like I did!

This place was recently renovated and the dining area is very nice. Unfortunately, the counter service is as weak as ever. Total disorganization in the kitchen. Counter people are disorganized and almost literally stumbling into each other. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. What’s the point of assigning order numbers if they never announce that your order is ready and don’t place a ticket on the tray so you can find your order among the others that are ready? This location was always disorganized and is no better than before the renovation. It’ll be a long time again before I given them my business

Went during a lunch rush, and the burger was probably around 68 degrees Fahrenheit (cold) and extremely dry. It honestly tasted like a left over burger. I promise you I do not complain much and I did not say a word to the staff, however they need to change their ways. I work right in the rail yard next to it and get sad at the fact that the McDonald's across the street blows them out of the water. I love when I find a good Wendy's because I love their burgers better than McDonald's but, this establishment is far from being good. Also, the seats are all torn and the floors are greasy for the lack of people that were actually in there.

Front street wendys does pretty good. Food is super hot 9 out of 10 times I go. They don't ask me to pull forward like mcdonalds does even when noones behind you. The employees are nice, and I don't have problems here.

Mcdonalds right down the street from this is the complete opposite. Won't be going there again unless wendys really messes up.
