The worker (manager most likely) was very nice. They gave me an extra box of fries cause they accidentally dropped them. They also offered to get me a drink flavor in the back if it wasn’t available at the self serve machine. The other workers had energy while being productive at their job. It’s a great Wendy’s location.

Today, I went to Wendy's because of my late-night craving, which I regretted immediately afterward! From the moment I entered the store, something did seem fishy because no one was in the store; it was empty, which should have been a sign for me to get out and leave, but I decided to still go in. When we ordered, we had a cashier who was taking our order while on the phone, and she did not even greet us. Moreover, the employees were very unprofessional and unorganized. The food was not that great, and overall it was a bad experience!

I don't usually take the time to give a review because life is VERY busy but I felt like I needed to get this one done. Congratulations to the person who hired new management for this store because I can definitely SEE the difference between my visit this week compared to the ABSOLUTE CRAZINESS that had been going on in there over the past few months! My service was pleasant and my order was hot and correct for the first time in a VERY long time so keep up the good work new manager with the blonde hair (sorry I didn't get your name) your effort shows and I see you!

The level of disrespect that I heard and saw from the employees towards the manager is sickening!!! Why do those people still have jobs? Really? Anyone that wants a job where you don't have to show any level of respect towards the boss or the customer and you can just sit on your butt- eating for free - Wendy's on Union Deposit in Harrisburg is the place for you!!! You should have overhauled most of the staff while you were busy remodeling this store!Kid-friendliness: I would NEVER bring my child to your store!!!I would have been mortified if my child witnessed the words and actions in this store!
