I don't typically write reviews for fast food unless the food or service is really exceptional (or the opposite), and in this case the service was so above and beyond I had to write a review.
We just stopped to get lunch and apparently all but 2 people called out sick this afternoon. The two individuals working, and I wish we had gotten their names, were working so hard and doing everything they could to keep all the customers happy. My husband happened to order a spicy chicken sandwich, and they had run out of everything they had prepped, so it took a bit longer than usual. He totally understood and while the wait wasn't ideal given we were in the middle of a very long road trip, there was no way the employees could have done anything more to apologize for the wait and thank him for being patient, all while working like crazy covering the front, drive-through, and doing all the prep and cooking with just the two of them. They were amazing.
I hope they are recognized for all their hard work.

The Manager forgot mayo on a sandwich and apologized MULTIPLE times and even gave my child a free frosty bc of a simple mix up that wasn’t a big deal. Very much appreciated!!

Place was dirty , no barbecue sauce, my wife went nextdoor to Chick-fil-A and got her food and ate it before I got my food. There were no napkins in condiment bar.

Employees not pleasant, acted more like it was a chore to wait on customers and the store was not busy. With the attitude I experienced, I can see why the store is not busy. No one handling food was wearing gloves. Employee handling cooked fries with bare hands, picking them up off the counter in front of the bagged fries and placing them back in the bin where the freshly cooked fries are placed to be salted and bagged, which I believe to be a health code violation. I will never again patronize this store.

I wish I could do a zero star between the staff needing two men to carry out a single bag and a single drink out to the parked car yes I said 2 men for a drink and bag for a parked car not even the best part of the day the manager threatened me with calling the cops and that’s her “boyfriend” is out side which I knew she was bluffing with both THREATS she did neither and continued to not help out her staff When they didn’t have more then 4 customers between the drive thru and indoors and couldn’t even get that accomplished with out chaos for the orders shout out to the grill guy holding down his job getting the food made too bad the rest of the staff is incompetent and resorts to threats of violence (shout out grill guy!) manager can calm her fake boy friend for a quick fix of illegal drugs sniffles 🤷🏼♂️ (6-14-2025 12pm)

Uhhh.. Guess no one wears gloves? Everyone getting fries with finger juice in it.. Picks up fries with hands and tosses it I to fry bin. Frosty fusion was just frosty with Oreo pieces in it.. No brownie batter swirl or anything that is promised in description and picture. Out of large cups still charging for larges and giving mediums without communication, person after us same treatment.
