Was here for a quick breakfast because I like the breakfast wedges. Wish I would have checked my food before I left. My wedges were so old there was no potatoes inside! Extremely disappointed to the point I thought of calling but didn't. FOOD COST TO MUCH FOR YOU TO GIVE PPL OLD DRIED OUT FOOD. PLEASE DO BETTER!

I placed a mobile order here, I come by to pick it up, and they say they don’t have the order. This was in fact the place I placed my order at, so that was not the issue. Turns out, they gave the order to someone who was not me 20 minutes ago. I placed an order ahead of time since I was gonna shop at the Walmart next door. No sorry was said. I came here a week ago to get something quick, and they forgot half of the order. Usually, something is always missing from my order when coming here. I still come only because I like Wendy’s and it’s the closest to me.

We came in this morning as our last stop before we went on vacation. The service was excellent, and the food was hot and delicious. My expectations of fast food are generally pretty low, so I was very surprised by how great our experience was. Both the ladies we interacted with were so friendly and we also got our food super fast!

The best time to order Wendy’s is after breakfast is over or at 10:30 AM. I sometimes order on the app and sometimes through the drive through, but I choose the app today, food was very good, Ik some days are a hit or miss here, but today the food hit different. I would say this was the best Wendy’s I’ve had in months! Thanks for the delicious food! 😊

This is THE WORST Wendy's on the east shore. The food is always greasy. Service is SUPER SLOW. Waited 10 minutes for 2 biscuit sandwiches. Waited 5 minutes for a large cup while 3 people just stood there doing nothing. Avoid this Wendy's.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered one thing and they gave me something else just to charge extra. The chicken wasn't cooked properly, the burger was cold and the fries were burnt. The cashier was not paying attention to anything that was being said. Not worth $30.00. I could've gone somewhere else and gotten real food. Never going back.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible easy to go to the door the entrance is a double set of doors though if that is a problem for some . Chairs are loveable to roll up to a table . Handicap stall in bathroom in women's at least

Was there at 10:26 am. Was told we could NOT order lunch. Lunch starts at 10:30. So my friend ordered breakfast. I said I would wait until 10:30 for lunch. Manager said they are NOT making breakfast. I said what, why are you being paid to stand around...I was told I can't order lunch, and my friend can't get breakfast. WHY are they there getting paid to refuse customers any meal. I told them where they could stick their food, and walked out. Delorse a lady that works there was super nice the day before. Not like the manager and cashier that day. I have told friends, and others in line at the grocery stores of our horrible experience. That way those employees can stand around getting paid, and doing nothing until they close. I would have given them a score of minus 10 if possible.
