It's hard to believe with only 3 cars in the drive through, well after the lunch rush, that I was handed someone else's order. And yet it happened. A chicken sandwich in place of the double burger I ordered.

Guess it's back to checking the entire order in my car before I drive away. So sad!

one thing about me is i’ll leave a bad review!! just upset that she didn’t leave my receipt in the bag so I could go on Wendy’s and leave the actual review but this is one of the best Caesar salads I’ve had in a while. usually when u get a fast food salad it’s nasty but this is SOO fresh tasting and good 10/10

Would never recommend this place to anyone. My spouse was physically assaulted by the store managers boyfriend on behalf of the store manager, all while in front of their kids. Not a place I'd want to take my kids.

Everything about this location and workers is a big NO! And what’s worse is, when you want to leave you can’t bc the drive thru is completely blocked off with no way around when they tell you that you “have to come inside” even though there isn’t any traffic! Will not go back as a customer NOR an uber driver. Will gladly pass up on money to not have to deal with them ever again.

Ordered a Dave's Single, no pickle, lettuce, tomato, onion With Bacon and a 10pc Spicy Honey Saucy Nugg. Burger wasn't for me, but it was pink inside, nuggs were barely coated with sauce. Called and supposedly the manager was going to fix it, got a replacement Burger and a lot of sauce on the nuggs, buger was still pink. Needless to say that we won't be eating there anymore. This was the New one in Susquehanna Twp at 39 and Progress

Absolutely disgusted by the way they just slapped my burger together literally to the point where I had to use different bread when I got home. We All know we Eat with our Eyes First and when I opened that double bacon burger I literally just wanted to throw it in the Trash! Show the Slightest Care into your food that your Feeding other people because NO SANDWICH Should come out looking the way it did and this is exactly why I only order Nuggets because how can you mess that up. The sad part is nothing will be done about it, they're just going to continue to do it...??
