I have not had any good experiences at this Wendy's. I have ordered from this location 6 times. It is the closest location to my home but I bypass this restaurant because they have been so terrible across the board.
I have waited in the drive-thru once for 45 minutes and another 2 times for over 30 minutes. All 6 times the order has been wrong, with 5 of those times having 3 or more missing items.
The final time I ordered there. I placed a mobile order and drove over just to find they closed the store 2 hours earlier than their posted hours on the internet.
I wont go here again!

The food is good. But every time I order food from there, I usually always have 1-2 items missing. This time happened to be my Chili, before was either my drink or fries or even the main thing my burger. If you get everything, it's great. Just won't order there alot again.

It's hard to believe with only 3 cars in the drive through, well after the lunch rush, that I was handed someone else's order. And yet it happened. A chicken sandwich in place of the double burger I ordered.
Guess it's back to checking the entire order in my car before I drive away. So sad!

one thing about me is i’ll leave a bad review!! just upset that she didn’t leave my receipt in the bag so I could go on Wendy’s and leave the actual review but this is one of the best Caesar salads I’ve had in a while. usually when u get a fast food salad it’s nasty but this is SOO fresh tasting and good 10/10

Would never recommend this place to anyone. My spouse was physically assaulted by the store managers boyfriend on behalf of the store manager, all while in front of their kids. Not a place I'd want to take my kids.

Good location but for the love of God change the voice on the automated drove thru she always yelling lol
Everything about this location and workers is a big NO! And what’s worse is, when you want to leave you can’t bc the drive thru is completely blocked off with no way around when they tell you that you “have to come inside” even though there isn’t any traffic! Will not go back as a customer NOR an uber driver. Will gladly pass up on money to not have to deal with them ever again.

Ordered a Dave's Single, no pickle, lettuce, tomato, onion With Bacon and a 10pc Spicy Honey Saucy Nugg. Burger wasn't for me, but it was pink inside, nuggs were barely coated with sauce. Called and supposedly the manager was going to fix it, got a replacement Burger and a lot of sauce on the nuggs, buger was still pink. Needless to say that we won't be eating there anymore. This was the New one in Susquehanna Twp at 39 and Progress
