Today I ordered the Sweet Heat (Sweet,tangy,mild) wings the were cooked perfect a little on the small size but ! The sauce was awesome some places have Sweet heat but dont match up I would definitely order again. Empowers nice and helpful and restaurant was clean A+.

I ordered 24 wings and fries using Uber Eats. My order was cooked perfect, sauces were tasty and fries seasoned well. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Honestly, door dashed this food while drunk and said I've always wanted to try this place. Got sweet heart wings and regular French fries. Obviously I ate a French fry first, and I was hooked. I ended up eating half the fries before even touching the wings. It's like they had some sweet and salty seasoning/flavor on them. Then I enhanced my senses by, ya know... , and the wings were not only amazing, but phenomenal. I'm 100% going to order wings and fries from the place from now on!!!

Owner needs follow up on the exceptionally rude service or they will be out of business in no time. Can't comment on the quality of the wings, but they have to be really good to make me want to return. UPDATE: Sweet bbq, kentucky bourbon, and lemon something-or-other were liked by all who tried them. Sadly, I couldn't reccomend the place, and shared my experience. Word of advice: Stay away from the food prep area after being nasty to a customer. They aren't going to trust you around their food.

Just tried Wing Basket after rotating a bunch of Harrisburg-area wing places like Underdogs, The Boro, Moe's (West Shore), Blueroom (Middletown), etc. Wing Basket is not only the best but was by far the cheapest. I'm super happy with the quality. The mild sauce is actually a little too hot but other than that this place is amazing.

F this place...if you do not get the full order.And you paid for it they hang up on you. We called and was nice asking we are missing items. Said can we come get it.. Reason we ordered online we could not come get it....Ask can they just refund...Was told can't help you and hung up.

Someone today on November 11th, 2021 was smoking pot somewhere in the back area just past the bathrooms. It was definitely one of your employees. The whole inside of Wing Basket smelled of pot and I kept seeing staff go to the back and every time that back door opened I’d catch a strong scent of it. This was around 4:30 pm.

Chicken tenders are super good and crunchy, and the fries are amazing! They coat them in sugar.. don't knock it till ya try it.
The service was friendly. I ordered online and got hot and mild sauces. The sauce seems to be oil based and runny, but the flavor was good. Watch out for the sauce running out, especially if you have cloth interior in your car because it will definitely stain.

Happened to be waiting in a long line at Wendy’s, saw the sign, and thought “what the heck? I like wings. Let’s give her a try.” Service was friendly and the shop was clean and quiet. I ordered a wing combo with fries and a drink to go. After about 10 minutes or so my food was ready and I went back to work to give it a try.

My son and I frequent Wing Basket as he is a hot wing lover...me not so much. We normally have very good service. Last Friday evening when having dinner here there was a young lady working the register and she was on her cellphone the entire time. She didn't try to even hide it. She had someone on the speaker phone and was looking right at her phone laying by the register and was talking to them. My son and I had to repeat our orders 2-3 times because she was preoccupied with her friend on the cellphone. We did tell her that our order was for dine in. Towards the end of us ordering as we are ordering she tells her friend "Let me call you back." and gets off the phone. Our food later comes out packed up as a take out order. I was quite annoyed at this point. I walked to the register to get our food and informed her that we wanted to eat in and she looks at me as if I am crazy. Not sure if it was me or what it was but she had an attitude the rest of the evening. She also had the customers order after us as take out when they wanted to dine in.

3 times dissatisfied . First time not enough parmesan cheese to see or even taste with the no flavor garlic 'oil'. 2nd time chicken strips/tenders were so overdone they were almost too tough to chew, and very little sauce. 3rd time, today, ordered 3 strips,... Stupid minced screen blown meat, not at all a tender or a 'strip'. All 3 strips were identical because they were pressed meat, like a big mcnugget. Different than the other tenders ever were. I am done going there.
