My son and I went on a Thursday evening. There was a live musician playing a guitar. Usually the entertainment is unremarkable but the cover songs were very tastefully done and sounded great, even from our seats in the game room. For those that do not know, the game room is off to the side of the enormous horseshoe bar. We had a Pina Colada and Raspberry Daiquiri. Don't judge, it was sweet drink night my son declared. The pizza and chicken Caesar wrap was great and the service was even better. We ended up getting a free pizza because the manager said they were unsure about the extra toppings and just to be sure, they made a second tray. This was alright with us of course. The whole experience was very nice and easy going and it may end up being a father son tradition.

If I didn't have to leave a star review I wouldn't even leave one star. The service was awful took forever for us to get our drinks let alone any refills. Waited an half an a half to get our food. The same waitress came to our table 3 times trying to give us a pizza that we already had finally my daughter had to remind her she asked us 3 times and the answer was the same all 3 times. They wont even take an rewards card they said because it was out of state although I got the card in wilkesbarre. They brought our pizza out that we ordered with extra sauce, no cheese, and was cold! The extra sauce was supposed to be for the calazone! Awful awful service!! Never again!

In the last week we had Grotto Pizza twice, Wednesday night and Thursday afternoon. I asked for it not to be dried out and it was so dried out, the bottom was so hard, and no taste. I have eaten Grotto Pizza for approximately 60 years and it getting worse not better. So disappointed!

Most pizza places were closed on Monday . I finally thought Grotto’s , I called for a lge with onions and half with pepperoni. I found the pizza lacking cheese and not much sauce. The worst I had in a long time. No flavor at all

Used to love Grotto at the lake but it’s almost impossible to have a conversation or order food with how loud every band/performer is Thursday-Sunday. Not sure why the owner feels the need to have the bands bring in such loud speakers. I love live music but it would be nice to have conversations with others. Acoustic would probably be better considering how the bar is set up.

Ordered half Italian hoagie , bun was so hard you had trouble biting through it . Chicken ceaser salad had rotten lettuce in it , pizza was so over cooked it was horrible .

Pizza, wings, half an Italian sub with banana peppers. Wings were absolutely fantastic. Mild, great flavor, juicy. Enough sauce to dip the pizza in too. Blue cheese and celery. Celery super fresh, blue cheese with nice chunks. Great meal with the kids. Great service today too. Waiter was awesome.
The pizza is not as good as the Delaware location. Service was almost nonexistent with our waitress.

AT 20TH Oct i went there to get costumers order, at least i was missing Pizza and they didnt tell me when i was leaving, The staff are so RUDE! Especially short blackhair, blackeye girl! They don't care about orders and theyr costumers!!! I came back and took cold pizza ?

My husband and I went for lunch he had the fried fish which was good his fries were not cooked. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, the worst I have ever had. The bun was not toasted or grilled was dry and fell apart. The chicken was so dry and tough even after I removed it from the horrible bun I could not even cut thru it. It was simply terrible. We threw everything in a pizza box and literally took it home for our dogs. And we also waited 45 minutes for our food with 5 tables in the place. Our waitress was nice but never asked how are meals were. We made a special trip as we are not from local area. We will NEVER be back
