“Was beyond pleased to find this gem while in the area today. My son (celiac) was overjoyed to find they have a whole dedicated Gluten Free menu and full case of desserts to choose from. We ended up eating in and taking extras home. Staff was very kind and went out of their way to make sure we had a five star experience! Even my daughter who is not on a gluten free diet finished a half of a pizza which is unheard of for her. This is my son picture features gluten free mozzarella sticks and hoagie with delicious gluten free artisan roll and loaded with FRESH ingredients! We were sent home with a bag of treats to take home as well! Thanks Grandma’s for making our day!“

“Young American hosted my 40th birthday dinner party, and we had a wonderful time! The food and drinks were delicious and affordable with good portions. “This is a charming little hidden treasure of a shop, it has a sweet English country vibe, chintz cushions on the window seat, all baked good beautifully displayed. I’m vegan but not gluten free and am sometimes wary of gluten free baked goods but to my delight the sugar cookies were fantastic, lightly frosted and a substantial size. I never would have guessed they were gluten free. Perfect texture and sweetness. I was waited on by a charming baker who herself looked like she stepped out of a country garden. Very professional service, answered all my questions and made it a lovely experience“

“I was in the area and decided to pop by to try a thing or two. Not knowing anyone who had tried them before I stuck to the small, individual sized items…browned butter chocolate chip cookies, morning croissant and some pizza dough. It all comes frozen but I had other places to go so some started defrosting in the car. Here’s my review of each. Cookies - I don’t like ANY chocolate chip cookie that doesn’t have nuts in them. I usually wouldn’t even buy them, I decided to try these because of the browned butter. I had one in the car before I got home and they were AMAZING! I shocked myself at how much I enjoyed them. They were soft without being chewy, a feature I hate in cookies personally, and had nice crispy edges, even after defrosting! The taste, texture and everything about these defied all that I thought was possible with a gf cookie! 10 out of 10 Pizza dough - since it was defrosted by the time I got him I decided to make a couple mini pizzas. I used half the dough, I bag will easily make 4-5 personal sized pizzas. I thought I had rolled it too thin as it started to break apart so I made it a little thicker. It rises while cooking so when I do the rest, I’ll leave it thinner for sure. Because other gf pizzas seem to have such difficulty cooking in the city I was concerned when I saw these rising. But they cooked up beautifully! It was soooo nice having gf pizzas seem that had the taste and texture of traditional crust. I appreciate suppliers for having the option available, and some are better than others…but the Flakely dough is the standard now! I’ll never buy another gf pizza, whether it be a restaurant or a market. 10 out of 10 Morning croissant - I put this right in the freezer so I haven’t tasted it yet. But it looks phenomenal! They described it as a cross between a cinnamon roll and a croissant. You can’t go wrong with that combo as a general thing but given how the cookie and pizza dough has tasted, I have no doubt this will be terrific as well! Run, don’t walk, over to their shop and let’s make sure they’re around for the long haul. Just beware, they might spoil you against some of your existing faves!“

“I love Maria’s! They were so helpful in 2023 when I was hosting my Fiancés 30th and needed to order pizzas, salad, and wings for delivery. We recently dined in and loved the chicken picata and Parmesan. The Maria Martini was very good too.“

The cheesesteak rolls are delicious to the point of ordering an extra one because you’ll be mad you didn’t get another one. The salmon rolls are, again, one of the reasons Chase’s is a little gem. It’s what makes Philadelphia a city claim passionately. This food is made with love and I love this food!“

“My wife and I just tried Jersey's Tomato Pies and Bistro for the first time and it's awesome! There aren't too many pizza options in Holland, Pa and we wanted to try this one. This will be our go to pizza place for the future. The owner and staff are very friendly and their food is top notch. My wife ordered the meatball parm sandwich and I ordered a medium tomato pie. Both were tremendous. The sauce on the tomato pie was like nothing I've ever tasted. Very fresh and a delightful sweetness. We'll be back soon!“

Now i just drive by always wanted to stop but never did but I’ve always been curious so it’s 61 years old today. I had a couple of extra minutes and I stopped in and I must tell you I was very impressed, the food was very tasty portions. The place was clean and my server. Diane was awesome. The food and drinks came so fast, and the service is excellent. My dietary needs were met completely. This restaurant is the best one I have ever been to. I recommend 3 dishes. The grilled chicken margherita with a side of broccoli, the chicken and gnocchi soup, and the chicken marsala fettuccine pasta. They're my favorites. I am definitely coming here again. 100/10.
