Put an order in for pickup at 10 am. Parked, hit confirm to send my order to the kitchen, which charged my credit card. All doors were locked and no one was working. Will be issuing a chargeback with my credit card company.

Ordered on the app for pickup, but the dining room was closed. The doors were locked. Had to go through drive-thru for food that was cold by the time we got around to the window. Took almost half an hour to get food.

Well first off the AC was not working and we planned to eat there but fortunately they had tables out side. They were training new people there and not sure how they were dealing with the heat but I can understand service lacking a bit.

This location does not honor their rewards program. I placed an order using my points and the manager refused to give me it, saying they don't use the point system and that there's nothing they can do about it. I was offered 10% off on an order that was already placed and paid for and I ended up leaving without my food. I don't know how a Wendy's can decide to not participate in their own reward system, but I will be contacting corporate about this.

Sometimes they close the front door in the middle of the day and only serve through the window. You can go all the way there to sit down and eat and find out. I don't think they're supposed to do that. The worst is when I go there with my kids, only to find the doors locked.

Supposed to be open at 0630. 2 times now ive shown up around 0645, all lights off doors locked and I can see employees inside trying to hide. Change your hours if you can't provide service on schedule
