A good neighborhood place run by a a true gentleman who made his bar a viable "club" in Htown. True class, genuine nice guy who gave it his best effort. Flaws? Sure but his restaurant and bar gave Havertownians (sp?) a place to call home and celebrate. Thank you Jack! ( wrote this in past tense, but it's still open-check it out)
The Sunday buffet seemed to focus more on quantity over quality. I would try again for drinks and maybe a burger but probably not for "brunch". The servers were nice and attentive.

Jack and the regulars helped me through a tough night. My brother just died and I was looking for a strong drink and a quiet place to reflect. I ended up with that plus some genuine care and great conversation. If you don't like it here you're a lame.
