Worst Dunkin in the area. Expect to wait FOREVER whether you place a mobile order, drive thru, or go to the counter. Not to mention the food and drinks are not good compared to other Dunkins. This location cannot keep up with the volume. Being next to the highway, they should have more staff.

The employees are heroes. Everytime I go to this store, there is a line out the door, and probably an overworked/exhausted staff making it happen. Its evident they are two or three employees understaffed no matter the time of day.
Its not the staffs fault, its certainly management.

Where does the DD Corp team stands on a 3.4 rating? Why do they allow stores like this to stay opened? On 7/05/2025 at 6:02 AM, I placed an order on my app. It was a Medium midnight coffee, no milk, no sugar. Picked it up on the counter then jumped on the expressway to head to my job. A few miles over, I decided it was cool enough to take the first zip! I TASTED THE CLEANING SOLUTION IN THE COFFEE. Whomever, prepared this batch, forgot to empty and clean the equipment. Mistakes like this can kill people. This franchise's owner is not worth doing business with. Why is the DD brand holding these locations accountable!?

If you are going to sell doughnuts all day how about keeping some in the case. All places are looking pretty poor for having a few in the display.

Consistently and predictably horrible. Expect to stand at the front counter for several minutes without being acknowledged, despite numerous teams members making eye contact with you. Every single time I go in, the staff is complaining about each other, bad mouthing other crew members and clearly miserable to be there. My orders are often incorrect or cold and if you are brave enough to hit the drive-thru, give yourself 25 minutes of wiggle room to travel.
Rarely feel the need to post negative reviews, but there are clearly staffing issues, training opportunities and abysmal team morale. Go elsewhere.

I got off the highway for a quick drive thru coffee and it took me about 25 minutes just to get through this drive thru. The lady taking orders was also not very nice. The wait time was ridiculous for fast food. Added 25 minutes to my commute back home.
We ordered 2 cups of midnight coffee, they were the worst ever! 5.30 dollars each! Ridiculous!Taste like bad water and the end of coffee grounds wastes! I want a full refund of this order! This store is not up to the standard

Where I live a medium coffee costs $2.65, I don't understand why they charge $3.65 for the same coffee and I only live 1 hour away. That's not Hollywood 😂
