We have been wanting to try this restaurant for some time. It didn't disappoint! The atmosphere was both beautiful and very relaxing. The food and drinks were amazing and food portions were more than generous. I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend.

We enjoy the most delicious meal of our lives at Glass celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. The scrumptious apps (Singapore Fried Rice and Chicken & Kimchi Potstickers), delectable drinks (Lychee Yuzu Martini and Pomegranate & Pear), and luscious entrees (Berkshire Pork Chop and Grilled Chicken Paillard) are the only things that could take our attention away from the incredible setting. We sat on the upper patio at a high top against the exterior stone wall of the hotel, which provided a panoramic view of the ledges. Cannot say one bad thing about our experience.

Glass Wine Bar and Kitchen features a creative menu centered around shareable plates, perfect for enjoying with your group. During our visit, we sampled several appetizers—the standouts for me were the focaccia and the stuffed scallops. For my entrée, the lollipop lamb chops were cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful. The atmosphere at Glass is truly beautiful, with a lovely outdoor area overlooking a waterfall that makes for both serene views and great photo opportunities. While the service team appeared a bit stretched at times, they still managed to provide attentive and friendly service throughout a busy evening.

We visited The Glass Wine Bar expecting a high-end dining experience, and while certain aspects delivered, others fell short.
The view was absolutely stunning, and the live music created a wonderful atmosphere. Our waitress was attentive and personable, providing excellent service throughout the night.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the high-end setting or prices. Dishes came out so quickly that it felt rushed, and the quality seemed to suffer because of it. For the cost, we expected more refinement and attention to detail. The drinks were just okay—not bad, but nothing memorable.
The biggest disappointment was being approached near the end of our meal and told, “We need this table in 15 minutes for another reservation.” Considering our bill for two people was over $250, it felt rushed and inappropriate for a restaurant at this price point.
Overall, while the ambiance and service were strong, the food quality, value, and rushed experience left us feeling let down. With some adjustments, this could be the upscale dining experience it aims to be—but for now, it’s hard to justify the price.

Limited menu utilizing every fancy adjective to describe it. I had 1/2 BBQ chicken. It was more like steamed chicken w/BBQ sauce. BBQ chicken should have crispy skin, not soggy slimy skin.
They need to step up their game & lower their prices.👎👎

The ambience is the only positive thing I can say about this restaurant. Seriously overpriced for the quality and preparation of the food. Don't know what is going on behind the scenes but there is clearly a disconnect between the management, waiters, and cooks. Disappointing. Wouldn't go back even if I had a free meal waiting for me there.

This used to be one of my favorite places to dine. Unfortunately my experience yesterday changed that. We waited a very long time to get waited on. We never even got drinks until after receiving 2 courses of food. They claimed the bar was backed up but it was empty. The fries....I repeat simple fries were like eating pretzels with no salt. The pot stickers and scallops appeared to be frozen appetizers that were just heated up. The rice was very bland. If you've been to the Ledges restaurant you are typically prepared to spend a lot of money. I'm ok with that when I receive an amazing meal. Yesterday was a real let down.....very disappointed 😞.

Great food and atmosphere! Service is excellent 5 🌟. And let me add this, the best place to eat is next to the waterfalls! Iconic scenery while enjoying an awesome meal.

Pretty spot
I was served solidly raw chicken yesterday. After taking a bite, i was starving, it wasn't cooked at all.
The raw chicken was covered by 1/8th of an inch of cooked....
The edge of the 2nd chicken also was toooo slippery
I paid for the meal....

We’re staying at Lake Wallenpaupack and wanted to find the perfect spot for a date night. After encountering a 45-minute wait at another restaurant, we stumbled upon a hidden gem—and wow, did we luck out!
From the moment we called to make a last-minute reservation with Dave, everything was seamless. Our hostess Rozz warmly welcomed us and had our table ready in no time. Eric, our server, was absolutely outstanding—his recommendations were spot-on and truly enhanced our dining experience. Michelle, the back server, was incredibly attentive and friendly, with an impressive eye for detail. And Dan, the bartender, crafted some of the most delicious cocktails we’ve ever had.
Every element—service, food, ambiance—was exceptional. This place far exceeded our expectations. Whether you're a local or just visiting the area, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t be disappointed!

Took my girlfriend for her birthday. It was our first time eating at Glass. The service was amazing from the door to the end of our meal. The food was nicely done and tasted great. We had the stuffed scallops and some shoestring fries. And finally, this cheese with mushrooms for dipping bread. Everything was to our delight. The best part of the place is the ambiance. It's a beautiful place with bars inside and decks outside. The decks overlook this three-tier waterfall, which is absolutely the best view one could ask for. Thank you, Glass, for making the night a great one and we will return.

Glass Wine Bar and Kitchen in Hawley, PA, has a waterfall view that’s so gorgeous it could inspire a Hallmark movie. Paupack High Falls is out there stealing the show, cascading like it’s got a personal vendetta against boring scenery. The drinks? Solid as heck—cocktails hit the spot and almost trick you into thinking this place is a winner.
Then the Berkshire pork chop arrives and ruins everything. It’s a total letdown, like they grabbed the cheapest cut from a sketchy butcher and drowned it in sauce to cover the crime. This dish didn’t just miss the mark; it missed the whole darn target range. What a culinary faceplant.
Come for the waterfall and drinks. Skip the pork chop unless you’re into disappointment.

I came here 4th of July weekend with my fiancé. We had never been before and were so excited to get a reservation outside on the patio in front of the small waterfall.
We were very surprised when we got to the restaurant and heard very loud guitar/rock music being played on a stage right near the water. When we were seated at our table, we couldn’t hear each other talk bc of the volume of the music/singing.
Our server was accommodating and moved us inside but the ambiance was obviously not the same as staying on the patio. We were told that other guests were also asking to move inside because of the loud music. Overall the food and drinks were great just the live music did not fit the restaurant at all. I didn’t think to check their page prior to making the reservation to see if there would be any live music but will do so in the future if we come back.

My husband and myself have come three times and also stayed in the hotel. We loved the restaurant and the stay. Wish we picked days where they had live entertainment. We stayed each time where they did have entertainment but we had paid elsewhere for the entertainment portion of our trip . The food and service was always great and the room was beautiful. Nothing like dinner and a waterfall. The meal was not expensive. This photo was a year ago on our last trip but it was such a great occasion.
