I had dinner here last night with my daughter for her birthday. We ordered 3 appetizers and one meal to share. The Naan is not naan. Please stop calling it that. It was burnt and had no flavor. The sauces that came with it are great but didn't do much to help the burnt taste of the naan. The mac and cheese bites were really good as were the duck fat french fries (although they tasted like regular french fries with the exception of the sauce). We shared the chicken shawarma and was VERY disappointed. The chicken was cut up too thin and was burnt. There was not enough sauce drizzled over the top (it was more of little drips) and the naan was burnt and tasteless again. The pickled veggies were 90% onions and we didn't eat them. When it came time for dessert, the waitress let us know what they have and my daughter ordered. The waitress soon returned letting her know that they don't have that and they had something else which my daughter politely accepted. Why tell us you have something available when it isn't? It was a very nice touch to put a sparkler in her desert when bringing it over, however, using a metal sparkler makes it hot and she burned her fingers trying to take it out of her dessert. While you have an amazing location and ambiance, your food and service is lacking greatly.

Gorgeous setting amongst the waterfalls! Great patio space and beautiful bar area. Service was great...the team works together to make sure that everyone is taken care of (regardless of any “that's not my section” mentality) Passing through, so not sure of a return...but if we do make it back to the area, Glass will definitely be a stop! Thank you!

The best aspect of the Glass is the view. It's next to a small gorge with waterfalls. It's probably the most amazing view I've ever had eating dinner out. The service was good as was the food. My wife and I would like to go again when its a little warmer and eat outside.

What an amazing anniversary dinner. Place casual enough that I didn't need to really “dress up” which I appreciated. First- I put “anniversary” in open table and I think for the second time ever it was acknowledged! Hostess greeted us w a happy anniversary. Perfect seating on a cool night on the covered heated patio - overlooking the falls and also w easy access to step out and snap a few pics while waiting for meals. Dan was our waiter. Also greeted us w a happy anniversary. He knew menu well, was very personable and attentive and helped us decide on an app- suggested less instead of more and brought me some extra fig jam! Surprised us with 2 glasses of champagne and comped our cannolis. Charcuterie board was a meal in itself. Delish all around and Dan gave great recs for pairing. Hubs had the special -crabmeat stuffed king shrimp and it was delish. I had the shawarma (made Dan help me decide between a few dishes). It was just enough and delicious- tender flavorful chicken, warmed pita and spicy pickled veggies. Yum Dessert was 2 perfect cannolis! Nice wine list, local beers and cocktails. Hubs had their cherry lime Rickey and earlier in the day we had a tasting of the pomegranate pear margarita. Both were yummy. Will definitely come back. Can't beat the ambience and views. Quiet enough that could have an easy conversation and hear the falls.

Waited a long time for very simple food options that were either overcooked or underseasoned and tasteless. They brought us salt and pepper in ramekins, too. The water had stuff floating in it.

We visited this restaurant twice and both times were charged for items either we didn't order or that were included in the menu. Our server never checked on us, he spent more time at the bar then making sure his guests were ok. They gave us bottle of water that was clearly dirty and had things floating in it.The location is beautiful, for the money and service we received we won't be going back. There's other restaurants with great food and fantastic service for less money.

Come for the views and a drink, not the food! Yesterday was the start of Restaurant Week so we decided to give Glass Wine Bar a try. Reservations at 5:30 pm, got seated immediately in the glass room as we asked for. Chairs VERY uncomfortable and table very small. Ordered the special menu for restaurant week soon after being seated. Waited 20 minutes for small app plate, salad soon after. Then it was over!!! Didn't get our main course until 7:00 and it was just ok, at best. Asst. manager to come to apologize and gave a very weak excuse as to why we didnt get our meal and everyone around us who ordered much after we did got theirs first. Will not return. The Settlers Hospitality Group needs to do better.

Food was fabulous. Celebrated our 31st wedding Anniversary and received complimentary champagne. Mike our server was very attentive. Sat outside in the heated patio which was a little too hot at times but had breathtaking views. Would definitely go back again; even if we only sat in the bar area and had drinks.

Beautiful and grand yet quiet and so peaceful and sophisticated. The surroundings are so rugged and elegant and the menu follows suit.. delicious classics with a gourmet twist.. great experience and the service was top notch as well!!

It was our 31st wedding anniversary and everything about the evening exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, the service (Michael) was outstanding and the atmosphere was outstanding! My husband said it was the best pork chop ever had. And, honestly, the mushroom risotto was the best risotto I have ever had! Lastly, I must say that I LOVED the background music and I almost never like the music, as I am a professional musician and I'm very particular. Keep up the good work, Glass, and thank you for making us feel special.

To start we waited at least a half hour to get our drinks and no one came to give us an update in that time. The food was very good and the service was good outside of that. The view was great if you sat on the end tables, but the restaurant itself was just OK in ambience.

Where do I begin?? Heard such great things about this place, but now I can only assume three things - 1-things are not at all consistent (which spells doom for any restaurant), 2- "they" were referring to the views or 3- "they" had no expectations nor standards for fine dining and service. The first "experience" was being led to a reserved table in the "outdoor" seating area and being hit with a blast of 100 degree sauna-like air as the host opened the door. Nope. He then led us to another table (2 two-tops pushed together) next to a large table with unsupervised, unruly children. Yay. We were greeted by a wait person who spoke so softly and unintelligibly that we really weren't sure what we were hearing. Two appetizers, four entrees, four sides, two desserts, two rounds of drinks...$330+++ and this is how it went: 2 drinks served, then the other 2... a very good pinot grigio, I must say, but it kind of went down hill from there. The second round, we got 3 and then...and then...eventually, the 4th. "Charcuterie board" consisted of 4 paper thin slices of cheese, a tablespoon of duck goop, a small person's handful of cranberries and rancid peanuts, 4 slices of leathery sopressata, and a dollop of chunky mustard...oh, and some crackers. $30?? The meatballs, which two people in our party said were excellent the last time they were there, were rather bland, as was the sauce and no parmesan cheese to be had. This should be a given. The petite filet was nearly well done despite being ordered medium rare. Three out of the 8 or 10 slices were somewhat chewable. Sliced, which leads one to believe that it was the skinny dreggs of a filet mignon of questionable age. Lamb chops - Excellent! no complaints Chicken with sun dried tomato and artichoke hearts - Excellent as well Pork entree - very good. no complaints Autumn vegetables! wow, I can only liken them to maple glazed, carmelized leather. Gnocchi - So salty, inedible, and again, no parmesan to be had. Oh!! Mac and cheese - ??storebrand velveeta watered down to a bland pasty consistency with some salty breadcrumbs atop. Dessert - canoli overly sweet and tiny; Italian something something like creme brulee? not even close - far too sweet mousse-like substance topped with salty crystals and served in a glass not much larger than a shot glass. Overall, we tried to have a good time and celebrate a birthday. And we did, but warn others, I must. The only way I would return would be to sit at the bar and have a drink, look out the windows and perhaps order an appetizer...or not.
