This is the second Bakery we tried to visit today in the poconos. Both stated they were open online. Very frustrating when you spend your time driving to not one but two separate bakeries and neither are actually open with just paper signs hanging on their doors. This particular Bakery says it's closed for the whole month of January so if you're reading this and thinking about it, don't waste the trip.

I wandered on one day out of curiosity to see what Grandma had & I was hooked! Everything was so tasty, made to perfection. Among my favorites are the Lobster tails, with the most scrumptious, creamy filling & wonderful buttery layers, the apple turnovers & the Bearcats. Every single thing I've tried has been addictive. I'm looking forward to their re-opening in February. I've missed Grandma's yummy goodies. So glad I found this place, it's one of a kind perfection.

This is an unbelievable gem. We lucked upon this bakery and cafe, as it was close to the cabin we rented. The Eclar and the Lobster tail were filled with this decadent combo of custard and Whipped cream. We can't wait to try our pumpkin pie.

Grandma Goldsack’s Bakery did it again with a DELICIOUS and beautiful cake for my boy. He wanted no theme other than “birthday” this year so we went with his favorite colors. My “Lyons” birthday boy was very pleased ☺️ ♥️♥️♥️

What a cute out-of-the-way spot the pastries were delicious and Grandma was wonderful and sweet and accommodating

This is a nice little coffee shop, tucked into the entrance to Hemlock Farms.It’s run by a husband and wife team. For a small shop they have a great variety of breads, cakes and pastries, all good. They have tables and chairs, some inside, more outside. On Saturday nights they have karaoke, some amazing talents. During the week they open their doors to local groups. You can also BYOB to karaoke, but you should buy someone since there is no cover charge. Grandmas is a great place to hav a coffee band pastry and hang out with friends.

Great friendly family-owned local bakery! Love the bear claw and pecan pie. And to meet Grandma Goldsack herself was a plus. They also have a lounge with board games if you feel like hanging out with a cup of coffee.
