I’ve come to terms with the fact that you only accept cash. I’ve even accepted the frustration of trying to reach you by phone, which often takes 10 minutes or more—likely because you don’t have call waiting. But what I can’t overlook is the inconsistency in quality, especially as your prices continue to rise. Pizza should be evenly rolled and properly made so it doesn’t fall apart while eating. No one wants soggy pizza straight from the oven just because the person making it is careless or untrained. Then there’s the issue with your heroes. It’s hard to ignore the way you slice the tops to reduce the filling—it's noticeable. If I order a meatball hero, I expect actual meatballs, not just bread with sauce and cheese. I don’t come in asking for discounts or trying to bargain, so I expect the quality to be consistent every time I visit. After all, this is a restaurant, and the food isn’t free. I’m paying for a certain level of service and quality, and that’s what should be delivered each time.
