I should’ve listened to the reviews. Oven broke because they dropped a knife inside of it. Took 25 minutes, first one in line, for someone to take my order and the rest of the time no one acknowledged I was standing there.Update : bit of moldy cheese

The guy with purple hair thought he knew what I wanted in my sandwich I even told him not to add veggies before toasting but he did it anyways and he was very rude that’s why I am giving the service 1 star

Did a mobile order and I was standing there forever for someone to come out so I could pick it up and then the lady behind the counter literally huffs and I rolled her eyes and slaps on some gloves and was like “what can I get you” with an attitude like she didn’t wanna be there and I’m like I’m just picking up my order. And look how she made my sandwich.

Everything about this Subway screamed abandoned.The foods here was all mixed up and mayonnaise was all over the pickles and a few other toppings. the cutting board was filthy like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. My wife asked for fresh pickles and this kid popped an attitude and rolled his eyes and said no after checking and we clearly saw a tin with some in with plastic covering the top of it. This place is disgusting

Ordered a footlong tuna sub, with just tuna, nothing else on it. Roll was so stale and the tuna was spread so thin one would of thought it was a slice of lunch meat. Haven't been to subway in awhile. Now I remember why.

I ordered a drink and extra avocado and I got an empty glass and no avocado and my sandwich was full of barbecue sauce everywhere

I placed a mobile order to the wrong spot and asked them to cancel it they said no I asked them to make it up they said no just cancel it, I looked it up, I checked the app, I contacted corporate there is no way to cancel it but the man just argued with me that you could despite me checking multiple sources, no wonder it's a 2.5 star establishment

Pretty dirty, poor maintenance Subway. We asked for toasted bread, it was toasted rock hard. The bacon was rancid. The customer service was impeccable: nice, friendly lady.
whoever’s grandma is working here PLEASE TELL HER TO RETIRE! i dont even know how its possible to toast a sandwich so much that its burnt to a crisp but ALSO MAKE IT COLD AT THE SAME TIME?! HELLO????????

Gave us a freezing cold cheesesteak sub... Who orders a cheesesteak ice cold!? Went back in, they threw it in the oven and it was still freezing cold. Cheese wasn't melted at all, and the steak was ICE COLD. The older woman who works there argued with me about it. She said I needed to write in the "special instructions" to TOAST the meat and cheese, or else it comes cold. 😂 What a rip off, couldn't even make a new sandwich the right way. Pathetic location!

The guy in there unnecessarily overshared about his political opinions when we were just there to get a sandwich. It was weird. He then made a comment about “dumb blondes” to my boyfriend while I was in the restroom… I’m blonde. He was so gracious to point out that he wouldn’t say that in front of me, but was ok saying it to my boyfriend apparently. The sandwich was smothered in sauce and thrown together sloppily, so not even a good bite after that weird interaction. Don’t recommend.
