We were their for a family gathering after a funeral. Food was very good. Scallops were reported as excellent from New England's. Bonelss pork chops were good with potatoes and peppers but bread would have been nice to soak up the sauce. The pesto pizza was very good as well. Restaurants in this area do not have a lot of options for vegetarian and none for vegans. We had to request plain pasta which they accommodated for $20.00 a serving. We had a table inside with a view of the lake which was nice. Service was good.

As someone who works in the food industry, I was absolutely disappointed by the lack of professionalism at The Dock. On Saturday I called in an order around 8:15 PM for pickup, well before their 9 PM closing time, and was told it would be ready when I arrived. When I showed up around 8:25 PM, I went to the bar to pick up my food. A group of about five staff members stood there glued to their phones, openly glaring at me like I was an inconvenience. Not a single one greeted me, offered to help, or even acknowledged my presence. When the bartender finally came out, they couldn’t even be bothered to say a word. They just dropped the food in front of me without making eye contact or giving basic courtesy. The message was loud and clear: customers arriving near closing time are not welcome here. The owner should let staff know closing time is 9 PM — not whenever the employees decide they’re done for the night. I understand it’s close to closing but we called in an order 45 minutes before closing time. Food was okay but I was completely turned off by the experience with the staff.

Great night! I haven’t been for a while because this restaurant has just been average. Tonight was great service and great food. Even when our meal was going to take a few minutes longer, our server let us know and made it right. Impressed and as well with the food, worth the wait. Thank you for a lovely evening, beautiful sunset view, good wine and delicious food. We will be back this season!

Had a bad experience a few months ago, called to address issues, spoke with a gentleman that provided a gift card number to make good on those issues. Ordered take out tonight, tried to use gift card on order, no one was able to get gift card to work, and staff was very unhelpful. There will not be a 3rd time. Extremely Unsatisfied No longer Customer.

Bring back the salmon sandwich! It was literally the only good/affordable thing on the menu (which is prob why they got rid of it)

We were int eh Poconos for Thanksgiving and the resort we stayed at recommended them for Thanksgiving Dinner. The Dock had a take out meal for that day at a set price. So we placed our order but figured we should check it out before Thursday. Well the food was good and we ended up pretty much just eating there for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Then we picked up our Thanksgiving meal and it was really good. Way too much food but it was all great. If you are in that area, do yourself a favor and stop there. Two really good meals were the Fish and Chips and the Grilled Ruben.
