“Without question, Pat's on the Heights KNOWS Breakfast! Such a cozy little restaurant "on the Heights" in Hazleton, PA. My omelet was so good, I forgot to take a photo! Accompanied by perfectly golden potatoes and really good toasted rye, I was in omelet heaven! I mostly don't care for green peppers, however, a friend ordered peppers and onions in his potatoes. The peppers must have been in a brine because those home fries smelled so good! Next time, I will try this.Eggs are a simple food. Preparing them well is a skill honed over many years.
