First of all, the service is horrible, they should have educated people answer the phone. I ordered, they sent me an incomplete order, I called to tell them that they sent me the wrong order and the service is so bad and terrible that they gave me no options to fix my order. Apart from that the food arrived cold and I really give it a 0 out of 10.

The worst in service, since I called and they gave me 20 minutes to get my food and when I went after 25 minutes they hadn't even prepared it. They are irresponsible ??

I was meandering by on a Sunday morning and saw the waiter setting up chairs out front in the great weather. Glad I went there. Go here for the great food. No paper menu but the google menu is great, use that - not sure why they don’t print it out. Got chicken empanada’s that were hand-made then freshly fried and friend got red snapper fish that was amazing and he ate to the last bone. Margaritas were huge and amazing! Mango was puréed from fresh mango and lime frozen margarita was superb. My friend had allergies/sensitivities that they took into careful consideration, though she spoke a little Spanish, which helped her. She got shrimp with salt and pepper only - also came with side salad and plantains. At first they didn’t take our order at the tables outside, we had to go inside - is this a cultural thing? But once we ordered, there was great service. Bathroom had no soap and could use a refresh, tho I heard from the ladies that their bathroom was nicer. Would go back if I lived in the area - superb food and drinks!

Dietary restrictions: They will make the food how you want it if you can clearly describe what you want. The cook will do custom orders and make you *whatever* you want with the ingredients they have.

Don't waste your money! The rice and beans were dry, the chicken was dry, the employees were nonchalant...heck, the whole place was dry. To boot, they have the nerve to charge more than any other eatery! Their parking had huge potholes to navigate around. Terrible place.
