I took spicy chicken sandwich in which chicken patty was not cooked at all. I like bk,so I have no problem with the actual food, but the drive thru sux. Every time the order is wrong. When I have to get out of my car and go in, it kinda defeats the purpose of the drive-thru. I'm usually to angry to care what the inside of the place looks like, smells like a dirty mop.

This is what BK is supposed to be. The place seems to be managed right, and the food served is not manhandled, mutilated, or otherwise abused. Burgers look like burgers, and the oil isn't old and burned. Fries taste like fires, and the drinks aren't flat. I've been to too many BKs that just don't care and serve garbage to the customers. Not here! Well done, folks! Keep it up.
