So I did an order online and it was pretty easy, I ordered a no carb burger and fries for my daughter. My daughter has Celiac aka gluten allergy so she cannot have any type of bread products with gluten in it. I specifically asked for no bun for her sandwich and they put it on the bun anyway. So low and behold she couldn't eat it. It takes like 2 seconds to look at the receipt to see what the customer is asking for, but she said the fries were good. Maybe the staff needs to take the time to read what the order is, so the customer gets what they want.

I used to like going there!! But I'm going to stop going because the new managers are rude to their coworkers and customers, they don't help each other, and they use very ugly and sexual curse words when they're busy! I've been several times and it's always the same when they're busy! Today, Sunday, apparently a girl left work and the general managers started talking badly about her; she was a minor (saying awful things). That's not professional. I used to like going there, but I won't visit this place anymore. Every time I go, the girl with the red hair, I think she's the main manager, always serves me with a very bad attitude! Im very polite and she always be very rude For no reason. And I understand that when I'm paying my money, it's not to receive a bad attitude for no reason and to hear dirty words from the other girls in front of my children. I understand that they should watch their language since many children go there to play, eat , etc., and it's incredible that such vulgar language comes from the mouths of the managers(women managers) . And not only that, they yell each to each other in front of the customers, and that's not right. I won't be going back to this place!! I hope they learn to control their language in front of children and learn to be more careful when complaining about or talking badly about their own workers partner The main managers should have a better attitude; one has red hair and the other has blonde and black hair. They need to have a better attitude and clean up their language

Employees are rude. They understood very little English. They ignored our request for sugar until my friend who speaks Spanish had to tell them in Spanish. Was quick to cut us off when ordering.

This Burger King is so hit & miss you just never know what you're going to get. After years of avoiding it, I tried it one more time a while back and it was great. I even posted on Facebook telling them to give it another try, that it was much better than it had been. Unfortunately that only lasted a few months and it went back to hit and miss. The last straw for me was an Original Chicken sandwich that had the brownest, nastiest lettuce I've ever seen on a sandwich. The person making it could see that it was bad but obviously didn't care. I'm done with this BK.

Burger King on Church Street has a reputation of being horrible and reconfirmed that today. Normally don't go there but figured I would try it. Ordered 2 whopper juniors via drive through. Told me to pull up and park and they would bring it out. Waited 20 minutes and no food. Not busy, only 2 customers sitting inside. Brought out food for two cars that came after me. I said, where is my food, it's been twenty minutes. Teenager replied, oh, you didn't get ur food yet? I said no, and I have been waiting twenty minutes. They had to make it because they forgot. Do urself a favor and go to BK on 924 and skip this one!

Great staff. Food is always hot. Very friendly. No problems here. Place is kept very clean.
I loved this Burger King. The managers are very friendly and attentive. I loved the service; everything was very clean. I only went a couple of times in the morning, and the American manager is super rude. It took her forever to take my order; she went to the entrance and didn't. After waiting, she threw my bag at me and had a bad attitude. But despite everything, I love it every time I go at night. In my opinion, the night service is the best.

Staff is unprofessional, sitting around on counters and playing on phones, and not preparing meals until requested. I have no issue with Spanish, but the staff can clearly speak English, yet is refusing to do so. Staff holding phone while preparing food. Multiple violations. Contacting health department.

placed a doordash order at 9:45 food never got prepped for over an hour! after it hit 11 o’clock i cancelled my order. i don’t know if they just didn’t want to prep my food since it was almost time to close or what but that’s definitely what it looked like. wasted my time horrible closing staff.

The staff were very accommodating. I asked for an egg enormous burrito at the drive though. They asked double bacon ham or sausage. I didn’t know they offered that because of the other Burger King I go too they don’t ask that I Believe they are pre made. So it is made fresh and absolutely hits the spot!
