I loved this Burger King. The managers are very friendly and attentive. I loved the service; everything was very clean. I only went a couple of times in the morning, and the American manager is super rude. It took her forever to take my order; she went to the entrance and didn't. After waiting, she threw my bag at me and had a bad attitude. But despite everything, I love it every time I go at night. In my opinion, the night service is the best.

Staff is unprofessional, sitting around on counters and playing on phones, and not preparing meals until requested. I have no issue with Spanish, but the staff can clearly speak English, yet is refusing to do so. Staff holding phone while preparing food. Multiple violations. Contacting health department.

placed a doordash order at 9:45 food never got prepped for over an hour! after it hit 11 o’clock i cancelled my order. i don’t know if they just didn’t want to prep my food since it was almost time to close or what but that’s definitely what it looked like. wasted my time horrible closing staff.

The staff were very accommodating. I asked for an egg enormous burrito at the drive though. They asked double bacon ham or sausage. I didn’t know they offered that because of the other Burger King I go too they don’t ask that I Believe they are pre made. So it is made fresh and absolutely hits the spot!

Dept. Of health should shut this place down! Employees yelling and laughing in Spanish. Couple they knew sat baby on counter wearing only a t shirt and diaper. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!

This Burger King always has its doors locked at 9PM and the restaurant is always closed by 11PM. If they don't get their shit together soon I'll be reporting them to corporate as many times as needed.

Worst burger king I've ever been to. The orders are ALL messed up and I just gave them a second try. Missing two items. I get it give opportunities to the kids but in the wake of the legalization of marijuana you should probably drug test them first because this is not hard work anybody can read a ticket or a screen and put stuff in a bag. Good god

Being consistently over charged by $1.82 for breakfast every time I go thru this drive thru. Sausage on a biscuit is $1.59 . X 2 that's $3.18 , not 2 for $5. These workers obviously don't know how to select the correct options on the in store POS. The only time they get the order right is if you order yourself on the app. Don't waste your time other wise.

Cold food and incorrect order on numerous occassions. Called to complain and the manager said my name would be placed on a list with a credit. Visited store and my name was not listed. The assr manager said I would be discussed on their group chat and contacted. That was weeks ago and no cakes yet. Perhaps the issues with food quality and accuracy is because everytime I walk in employees are always on their cell phones while on the clock and management allows this when what they could be doing is cleaning since they are paid to work. What this really says is that management is mismanaged that location and perhals their District Manager needs to send in mystery guests more often to review that stores operations.

I went here but i soon i was paying there the girl has an argument with me she swiped a gift card the had twice and second time said the card 0 valance and because i say i want to talk to the manager she say am the problem
