Being consistently over charged by $1.82 for breakfast every time I go thru this drive thru. Sausage on a biscuit is $1.59 . X 2 that's $3.18 , not 2 for $5. These workers obviously don't know how to select the correct options on the in store POS. The only time they get the order right is if you order yourself on the app. Don't waste your time other wise.

Cold food and incorrect order on numerous occassions. Called to complain and the manager said my name would be placed on a list with a credit. Visited store and my name was not listed. The assr manager said I would be discussed on their group chat and contacted. That was weeks ago and no cakes yet. Perhaps the issues with food quality and accuracy is because everytime I walk in employees are always on their cell phones while on the clock and management allows this when what they could be doing is cleaning since they are paid to work. What this really says is that management is mismanaged that location and perhals their District Manager needs to send in mystery guests more often to review that stores operations.

I went here but i soon i was paying there the girl has an argument with me she swiped a gift card the had twice and second time said the card 0 valance and because i say i want to talk to the manager she say am the problem

This young girl working in burger King when i try to buy a two burger order the girl the work there scream a me she swiped the gift card twice and the screen say to top the screen to pay and she swiped againg without hitting the creen and when i ask for the manager she tell me am the problem and i never say she was the problem and the manager didnt even turn aroud to liten and the the young worker tell me to get out if there( ruede ) and the manager didnot corrected her ps dont buy here

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in the morning to get french fries for my one student to celebrate his birthday because he will only eat the french fries and I spoke to a gentleman the night before and he told me they’re able to do it. I go in the next morning to place my order and the lady that was there in the morning. Told me no I can’t make all the stuff. I’m the only one here. Just goes to show how lazy the workers are and they won’t even be accommodating. Would never recommend this Burger King to anybody.

Service absolutely sucked. Crew was very rude and disrespectful. They were standing up at front counter staring and me and my family and talking about me in spanish when I said my food was cold. (Especially the spanish girl with blue hair netting in her hair). They should watch what they say! They obviously didnt think I knew spanish. But joke was on them. Manager with dark hair in a ponytail was very rude as well. She even allowed the spanish girl with blue hair netting make comments to me. When Isaid my food was all cold. Especially when I asked for my food to be fresh and HOT! When it definitely wasn't HOT! Dining room was a mess the whole Dining room was filthy. Nothing was stocked at drink station and garbage was overflowing. Restrooms were disgusting. I will never be coming back here.

every single time I go to the Burger King in Hazleton on their Church Street location. The people at the drive-through are super friendly. They are always so pleasant and you can tell they love their jobs. I love the friendly atmosphere And they’re willing this to help you with whatever you need. Great people.
