Wonderful Burger King with the most polite staff I have ever encountered. Very clean and friendly. This has become a regular stop on long car trips through Pennsylvania. Just off I-81 in Hazelton.

Clean, super friendly staff. Manager was very pleasant. Food was right quick n ready - we had a larger order as a family of 7 traveling. We've had weird encounters on our trip so it was a breath of fresh air for good 'ol fashioned hospitality. Wil larop again on the way back home. (Ga to NY for the holidays)

Took almost 20 minutes to take my order. I sat at the drive thru so many times this past week and at first I gave the workers all my respect and patience however, maybe its time to hiring more staff members and possibly, faster and nicer staff members. They forgot my food and had attitude about attending work. I get it - it is a stressful job and everyone has something going on; however, when it's impacting ratings and overall service - an evaluation needs to be made.

If you're looking for everything cooked and done right big giant fat burgers, then you've chose the right Burger King. Friendly faces. Great attitudes and I'm talking the best burger in town. Because they have a great manager. And each one, I repeat each one, is doing their part. Please don't forget that Jesus Christ loves you and he's there for you at any time. Night shift is very rude and unprofessional, everytime i go, the same night shift females are rude and obnoxious and management never does anything.

I’ve been to this location multiple times during late night hours, and everytime I go the night shift crew has a nasty attitude and are rude. I have spoken to management and I keep getting the same negative experience everytime I go.
