Went there 3/17/25 at 11:30pm I spent $40 just to get food that sat out for multiple hrs the cheesy tots was just air with thin crust around. the new recipe steak sandwich stright cold fries trash $40 right to the garbage.

10-3-24 easy on and off of I-81. Clean restrooms and dining area. Food was good for a BK, fries were good and hot. Service was friendly. Directly across from Turkey Hill gas station so again it was a very convenient pit stop If this review was helpful please give it a thumbs up ??
Parking: If you’re pulling a trailer go to the opposite side of the building and cue up against the curb.
This was about as bad an experience as you can have at a fast food restaurant. It took a while to get someone to take our order. Once our order was placed we stood around for about 10-15 minutes waiting for our food. While we waited we watched in horror as orders ahead of ours were handled.
One man had ordered for for his young family and was waiting next to us. His food was handled by at least three people, put on a tray, taken off the tray and back again. By the time he finally got his order, it was cold and not worth eating.
We observed several employees milling around accomplishing little of anything towards getting orders filled. But probably the most disturbing thing was the general lack of hygiene in the kitchen and serving area. One staff member had such bad dandruff it was beyond belief. All of this was happening in plain sight of the manager.
This restaurant needs to get some serious attention from senior management! We will certainly NEVER go back!
