I grew up in Hazleton and always loved their food. I do not get to Hazleton very often. I had called today to put a box of pizza on the side; gave my name and phone number. I gave them an approximate time, I would be there. When I got there, they already sold my pizza, because I didn’t get there exactly at 11:30 AM. Why they didn’t call me, is beyond. Absolutely horrible horrible way to run a business. Shame on you people. Sickening!

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The sandwiches were so flavorful and the cookies we purchased are some of the best we have ever had. We live in Virginia but any time we come through this area we will stop at Carmens.
