Don't know why they have such a low rating, we came in around 3pm on a Tuesday and everything was clean, bowls were great, and the employees were all super nice. We used to drive to Wilkes for Chipotle, we'll definitely be back 😊

Was in earlier and got a bowl with guac, get home and my bowl had no guac in it. Girl in the drive thru was super rude, and took almost 10 minutes to make my bowl, while she was checking her phone. If she was probably paying attention more my order would have been done right.

Depends on who makes it . Small portions of meat . Mostly paying for rice , beans and lettuce. We all need protein and they don't give you much!

I have had many bad experiences with chipotle, but tonight was incredible. The food was perfect, the staff was always smiling and eager to assist me. 10/10 would come back to this location

The restaurant was a disgusting mess. Trash cans were overflowing both behind the counter and in the seating area. The eating area and tables were filthy! The staff was more concerned with talking and planning activities than waiting on customers. We really enjoy Chipotle in general, but this particular franchise is a disaster waiting to happen. However, we will not let this bad experience deter our visits to other better managed Chipotle restaurants.

Seems like its always a hit or a BIG miss coming here. I got the smallest burritos I've ever seen from chipotle and the portions on both the bowls and burritos were ridiculously small, greedy with every single side. I understand that some people are new but my goodness PLEASE stay by the side of whoever is in training or do a longer training.. Prices have gone up and there's no reason as to why the customer should suffer a rip off meal for the price they are paying because of a new person at the job. Do better please

It’s literally packed af and these guys are blasting drake with 1 person on line and another dude SWEEPING. Bro is SWEEPING when the line is full af vibing to drake instead of hopping on line like what is going on. Waiting deadass for like 10 min for a bowl

Let me tell you about this place: it's packed on the weekends and during the week, it's slammed with Uber eats orders. The ratings are given appropriate due to the location this is in and what has been observed over the years it's been in service. I don't recommend coming to this place, unless you plan on doing a delivery order or you come during the week.
