Chipotle Mexican Grill

Made an order of their App. Order was ready went to pick up only to be told by the manger they were out of queso, out of chips, which were monetary add ons and out of fajita veggies which are part of the bowl but not an add on and we had to call the customer service to get refund. I would think the ordered would have been cancelled before even charging me considering how much was missing. I called customer service and they were very nice and gave credit which has a time limit instead of removing the difference from my credit card. I would think this is theft since I was charged for something they knowingly did not have. This is a serious issue with their app and should be corrected. They did finally relent after 30 minutes on the phone even though this is 100% their fault. I will say their customer service department was very nice and helpful.

They put very less amount food for the price ! In other places of Chipotle it is not like that !

One person, one burrito, $14. No extras - no guac, no drink, no chips. That's insane. Not to mention the guy scooping my meat made sure not to give me one piece too many! What a joke. Meat was also cold. Even for a good burrito $14 is too much. Tables were all dirty, staff was less than friendly, I won't be back

Worst Chipotle I've been to, I've been to 30 plus all over the country,. Small portions, the guacamole had 2 big chunks of avocado, one bowl was half full and ordered lettuce but there were only 6 pieces of lettuce, that seemed intentional. I feel bad for people that this isn't heir only experience of Chipotle.

I spent $100 for a family of five to eat here. Including this $17 burrito bowl. It’s been this way the last few times we ordered. My kids love Chipotle but this Chipotle gives very small portions for the price you pay. You also cannot reach the restaurant by the number on google. Only an AI ordering assistant.

The atmosphere was very unpleasant. The music was so loud, with quite offensive lyrics, that you could barely order without having to raise your head. It was 8 pm and they were already cleaning up for closing. The food was cold. We were going to eat sitting down, but we couldn't, so we took our food to go. Terrible service.

Entered at 9:30pm and they had no chairs out whatsoever. Couldn’t sit at a table if I wanted to. Bought 3 bowls and got a water cup and was followed to the drink machine and watched the whole time. So lame and exhausting. Do better.

This place is always slow at the pickup lane. The bowls are always half empty with an online order. Go inside and save yourself time and money.

My kids love it and always gives good size Bowles

Employees act like they own the place when they don’t. They sit around chatting getting paid for free. The place is filthy instead of chatting they should clean up the place but they act like they are not getting paid. Unacceptable

I love this chipotle and love going there on my lunch breaks. However whenever I choose drive-through pickup I see the workers walk right past me and then I am waiting for a while...I understand you guys might be short staffed, however when I come inside after waiting for 5 minutes, not only do you go over and hand the car after me their food right away, but say it is due to staffing issues but assist me right away inside, when you are standing over by the drive through window regardless. I love this place but I just wish I was not spending 10-15 minutes out of my 30 minute break there sitting at the window.

Food was good. The girl at the register was ignorant and rude. Garbage was overflowing and when I told this tto the workers (because there was literally no where to dump trash), they gave me even more attitude and went back in their phones. Tables also dirty. Only one who seemed to care was the guy cooking the steak and chicken on the grill.
