1 star is too much for this store. They’re soo rude. I’ve never seen in my life for 29$ food with this small portions. Can someone see guacamole? Or rice? Or sour cream? But it was on my order and i paid 29$ for this. Think about that guys!!!!!

Very disappointed, came so far to purchase chipotle to receive such an unwelcome and bad food service. Rice was very undercooked, chicken was burned and taste like burned and spice, chips and guacamole was extremely limited. The cashier checked me out and didn’t share any customer service skills and just went out of my way. It’s very unfortunate a restaurant that’s surrounded by people who can make things right decide not to.
I would give ratting in minus but I couldn’t…we waited for around an hour to get our order. Staff is really slow. They don’t care about the customers. Worst experience ever.

Rice was uncooked, they didn't have chips for my order and the bowl in the picture is supposed to be double meat not half a portion. At least customer service gave me my money back.

Used a free entree coupon with my wife, my bowl was more expensive and they used my free entree on hers without telling me that was happening. The correct thing to do would be to run the transactions separately, and use the free entree on the more expensive purchase. Also the bowls were lacking in size relative to other chipotles I frequent I would stay away from this establishment.
Food isn't all that fresh but decent. Guac is definitely not well done.

I ordered two entrees and they messed up both pretty badly. No rice or beans???? No sour cream, cheese, lettuce, or corn salsa on either order. They are usually decent but missed the mark tonight.

The food tasted really good but was very wrong. Definitely not what was ordered and definitely didn't get the stuff we paid extra for. We ordered online and I do not doubt that if we went in person to order these things wouldn't be wrong. We ordered the beef barbacoa tacos. They are delicious and I will definitely get them again. We did order hard shells and got soft shells instead. We ordered a burrito bowl with steak, brown rice, black beans, fajita veg, tomato salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole for $3 extra. It was tasty except there was white rice, not brown, pinto beans not black and no $3 guacamole. We ordered another burrito bowl this one with chicken, brown rice, fajita veggies, black beans and $2 queso. Also tasty but also wrong. Again, white rice instead of brown, pinto beans not black beans and no $2 queso. Also there was barely any chicken in it, compared to the steak on the other bowl. Like I said, we ordered online and I do believe if we went there to order these mistakes might not have happened. Also the order was not ready at the pickup time and we stood and watched walk-ins come and go before our premade order.
