I experienced extremely poor customer service during my recent interaction. I was hung up on twice while trying to resolve an issue with an online order that was not appearing on dominoes end. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with disrespect and dismissal. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, the call was again disconnected. At one point, an employee claimed to be a manager, but they neither communicated clearly nor handled the situation appropriately. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior, poor attitudes, and blatant disrespect. When requesting there names they denied to give me their names and disconnected the call. This experience was unacceptable, and I am requesting that the matter be addressed promptly.
