Horrible service. The lady with greenish hair and snake bite was extremely rude and gave me attitude for saying my order was made incorrectly. Will never go to this Dunkin again and I hope she gets fired.

I ordered a small hot macchiato without sweetener. I asked them to please fill the cup full since without sweetener the cup is only 3/4 full. At every other Dunkin I've been to this is not a problem. The employee explained to me that would be an extra charge since they would need to use more espresso. What?? I'm already paying $5 for a small cup of coffee! You can't even fill the cup?? I won't be visiting this Dunkin again!
I’d like to share my recent experience at your Hazleton location. When I approached the drive-thru speaker, I tried to order a macchiato but had trouble pronouncing it. Instead of helping me, an employee in the background laughed and told me she couldn’t understand me. I ended up changing my order to an iced latte.
When I got to the window, I tried to pay with Apple Pay, but I was told I had to go inside to pay. This could have been mentioned earlier at the speaker so I didn’t have to wait in line unnecessarily.
I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. I believe staff should be more understanding when a customer struggles with pronunciation, and also communicate clearly about payment options before the customer reaches the window.

the manager Brenda is a total disaster as a person. she is constantly yelling at the other employees, she’s extremely rude to customers and employees, she constantly complains about the employees but doesn’t do anything to help them. she seems to be making the entire environment stressful and toxic.

He Start Up
On 03/27/2025 I went threw the driveway and order when I got to the window and they gave me hot coffee I told the lady excuse me this is not what I ordered, she asked a younger one with orange pinkish hair what she should in this case, she responded well she has to make a line again and buy another , I responded no Im not I want my order, upon my respond she raised her voice started to turn her back and kept saying she was not going to give me what I wanted then walked to the window took her head out with her voice very loud told me you did not order a ice coffe you ordered that, I said the recit even says my order a another worker said to me dont wooorie I well make your order, the the one screaming told her, your a people pleaser and was made at her and was telling her this is why I hate my job. Im em glad I kept my cool all this time, but dunkin donalds in church street in hazelton. The way this employee treated a car full of clients is unaceptible and as a grupe of cliente we expect to be treated with a more decent way. And take action with this employee. By my discription of her you should verify this incidente and take action.
