ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Go down the street to Starbucks where the service is always super friendly or to the Dunkin on the other side of Hazleton where they usually get the order right. This is the WORST location! They NEVER can get your order right. They’re terribly rude and ignorant. You ask for a hot beverage, you’ll get the cold version 9 times out of 10. Today’s questionable beverage tastes disgusting. Every time, there will be a mess of caramel and cream going down the outside of the cup and no napkins to clean up their mess. Also hope your food is hot. Too many employees and none of them seem to have a clue what’s going on. Just an overall horrible experience every time. Needless to say, I’m done going to this location. Never thought I’d say this, but I really do prefer Starbucks now!

I went to order one dozen of donuts at this Dunkin and when I was on my way home what’s the surprise, one of the donuts was bitten 🤢 that was nasty, disgusting never again will buy something there

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, not one of the 5 or 6 staff helped take my order. I left.

My bacon,egg,cheese crissant was ice cold. The egg and cheese and bacon must have just defrosted in the fridge. That is how cold it was. I bought 2 sandwiches plus hash browns that were soggy I could not eat them. I also got a brown sugar expresso and they must have forgotten to add the brown sugar it was so bitter I dumped it. $17.34 just thrown away. Never again

Decent in-gas station Dunkin. Ambiance isn't much. Stupid lottery machines give out tickets instead of scratch offs. Never trying that again.

Get to the window after sitting in line to be told they ran out of coffee beans, I worked at DD that never happened, and if they did why wouldn't they tell you that when ordering

This place needs more organization. No matter how busy the drive thru is , they should always have someone in the cash register to order inside. It is not polite to say “I’ll be right with you” and then have someone waiting 5-10 mins and all the workers just looking at you standing there. Get better management.

This is the second time I've been to this specific Dunkin and it was terrible. The first time I ordered 3 drinks at the speaker by the time I drove to window, they were sitting there. I know the color of the 2 drinks that I ordered, these were darker than dark. The other drink was a small and it was full of ice right to the top. One iced coffee was suppose to be caramel. I brought it home for my nephew, he took one sip and poured it out in the sink. Mine was suppose to be Butter Pecan iced. It was terrible. I tasted no butter pecan at all. I gave it to my husband to drink. Today, I ordered on the mobile app and I get there, they have no large cups and ask me if I want a medium and a small. She hands me the small and it looks perfect, she hands me the medium and it's darker than dark. I had to ask for extra cream and liquid sugar in a cup. I'm waiting there for my bagel and they didn't know I ordered one. She told me to pull up front. I waited about 5 minutes for my bagel and a cup of liquid sugar. This used to be a good Dunkin but not anymore. After today, I'll drive to the one that's further away.
