Every time I order a hot coffee with a swirl they only give me an ORIGINAL hot coffee with only cream and sugar. It happens every single time I go and it’s getting to the point where I don’t wanna waste my money anymore because they never give me what I actually order. And the boss tried to fix my order and STILL gave me the wrong drink. Get it together. Between the 2 locations if it’s a hot coffee no matter what we order if it’s hot, they always give us an Original hot coffee with just cream and sugar. They never add the swirl. Why?

I had the worst 😫 😩 ever cappuccino here. I am from Virginia and taking a break. So disappointed about this. They don't know how to make caramel cappuccino.

I usually love dunking but lately Coffe taste burn they don’t get the order correct. I understand ppl can make mistakes but it been happening way too many times. I feel like they can’t hear me each time I place my order. Hope it gets back on track because I will be going to the other Dunkin further away.

We had black curly hairs on our munchkins and the employees couldnt understand English.

Drive-through was long so I decided to go in thinking it would be quicker. Stood there for about five minutes no service - was asked if I was waited on. I said no still waited. There was at least seven workers all looked at me, but it wasn’t until almost 10 minutes that somebody actually waited on me. Absolutely ridiculous! Bad customer service-needs management looked into!

Good donuts, but very small operation. Set up for drive through and take out. No sitting area.

Ordered a small matcha and when I get there is not even stirred. Had to get a spoon to stir it but the matcha powder would not mix well. Wasted my points for a disappointing drink 😡👎👎👎

Staff is absolutely rude. A simple greeting and wishing someone to have a good day goes a long way, instead of throwing your money at them. A lot of the times my order is completely wrong. Staff needs to be more organized and be a lot more courteous. I usually go to the one on 309 (that one is awesome, everyone is always extremely pleasant) but this one is sadly on my way to work.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Go down the street to Starbucks where the service is always super friendly or to the Dunkin on the other side of Hazleton where they usually get the order right. This is the WORST location! They NEVER can get your order right. They’re terribly rude and ignorant. You ask for a hot beverage, you’ll get the cold version 9 times out of 10. Today’s questionable beverage tastes disgusting. Every time, there will be a mess of caramel and cream going down the outside of the cup and no napkins to clean up their mess. Also hope your food is hot. Too many employees and none of them seem to have a clue what’s going on. Just an overall horrible experience every time. Needless to say, I’m done going to this location. Never thought I’d say this, but I really do prefer Starbucks now!
