Our food was incredibly yummy, the owner recommended certain items which were fabulous, and we received them very quickly. She was extremely attentive and friendly. We would definitely come back!

This food truck is one of the best I've ever eaten at, period! The birria quesadilla I ordered was so delicious - besides being MASSIVE, it had a generous amount of tender shredded beef and melty cheese, with a crispy (but not too thick) tortilla, which was easy to dip. The stew was full and flavorful, too, with notably-fresh cilantro and a good balance of oil-to-veggies. El Gordo is a genuine birrieria, and definitely worth checking out! Kudos to them for the amazing food!
