I can't give it fewer stars because Maps doesn't allow it. Waiting over 30 minutes for a simple bowl order? The lobby sign says it closes at 9, and I arrived at 8:30 and they wouldn't let me sit down. Very poor service. One less customer.

Rude employees, one of girls doesn't stop coughing on top of the food. We asked for Ketchup and instead of placing ketchup in my hand, she tossed ketchup onto the counter. Overpriced chicken, NEVER AGAIN.

Food tasted like nothing. Funny thing about this is my kid stopped there 20 minutes after me and upon finding this out, I stated my ‘food tasted lime chit.’ She said hers was exactly the same, missing something and she threw hers away after 1 bite.

Store sign says they opened at 1030A.M. arrived, walked up to the door around 1040, locked up tight. Lady walks over, we're not opening until 11, when I asked why, she responded by telling me we do not have a cashier so we're not opening until they get here after 11am

I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy meal and 2 chicken sandwiches, and they told me it would be 15 min for crispy chicken, they just put it in. Fine. Told me to pull up and wait. So I did.
*30 minutes later.* I am still sitting there. I go back around the drive through. Pull up to a different person. They asked what I had, I told them. my food was just sitting there on the counter ready to go. They never told me I needed to go in and get it or if they were going to bring it out to me, they just told me to pull up and wait.
The woman who took my order today. March first, at eight o'clock at night was so high on heroin or alcohol possibly she was slurring and could barely get her words out and keep her eyes open. It was an absolute joke. She needs to be fired. This is probably the reason that my food sat for so long is because she was high and forgot about me. The food is fine. It's KFC I mean, it is what it is. It's in a crappy area of town and it's really hit-or-miss with the employees. I must say the man who gave me my food. It was nice.He was kind and apologized for the wait and everything.

I had an issue with my take out order. I called and the store made a correction and made it right a few days later. Not upset at all because at least they made good on it, friendly and understanding

Prior I had a 4 star review but after my last 2 visits it's been 1 star service. Last order pickup through the app was roughly 20 minutes and this time was 30 minutes (from when I arrived). If the app would say the actual pickup time this wouldn't be as much an issue. The worker taking the orders was also being rude. Rudness doesn't bother me but she was rude to an elderly lady. Your location managers should be trained on how to satisfy customers if there's an issue with order times. Offer a desesrt in the meal or at least a drink while I stood there. Offer something low cost and be apologetic. Support on the app gave me some reward points but I did have to ask for them... I shouldn't have to even ask. So your store leadership and customer service gets a 1 star. Food was good. Forgot my sauces but I'm use to that.

Ordered extra crispy and all chicken was cold and soggy..lid was off the mashed potatoes and spilled in bag..horrible disgusting waste of money and tried to call kfc and phone wasn't answered after multiple trys
