It was okay. The Minecraft meal was cute. Every table was very dirty. There was no straws or lids out in the lobby. You'd think with machines doing most ordered they could maintain the front better... also 50 dollars for a couple happy meals and the fries are super cold... play place area was dirty as well.

Notice: Bathroom sink puts out too much water preshure its almost like a prank. Foods fresh but the place is messy and the staff is new couldn't even get a straw its so disorganized.
Terrible, we barely arrived and we didn't know that they closed the play area early and a girl with purple hair came to tell us that it was closed but she was rude, with bad manners and a terrible attitude, I won't go back, this restaurant is run by inexperienced teenagers who will only achieve more losing customers.
Waited for my food for over an hour, never got it,ask sever where's my food.said not my problem.now contacting corporate hq for refund. (Never got my food)

The whole night shift should be fired with the exception of the boy at the first window and whoever was making the food. Rude, disrespectful attitudes from 2 girls on the speaker and handing out the food. Heard the one girl say to the customer in the other line “for the third time we don’t have mango” like excuse me miss ma’am but maybe tonight should be your last night employed. Asked for an extra sauce at the window and got “we charge for those and I don’t take money at this window” with all the nasty attitude she could muster. I’m sorry but after I sit in your drive thru for 40 minutes because you’re slow as hell the least you can do is say you’re sorry for the wait and sure ma’am here’s an extra sauce. Heck I could have handed her some change and she could have rung it up later if the quarter it costs was that important, instead I get a window slammed in my face. Shame on this location and shame on the whatever “manager” was on duty allowing these nasty girls to speak to the customers like that! I can safely say this was the worst service I’ve ever gotten anywhere, hands down.

I dont know why its so dam hard to put honey mustard in the box when they ask you 3 questions and specifically ask what sauce you want for the nuggets and can't pull it off.

Went to pick up my mobile order and i had to Wait almost 3 minutes and no one said any word over the drive thru. Then i went to the first window the lady was charging me money for the order I already paid on the mobile app.
