I would give 0 if I could. After placing my order on the pad, the credit card pay just kept rolling. I walked over to the counter, waited over four minutes, and no one came out. A young man that worked there came in, said he’d get someone. Still no one came out. Party in the back perhaps? The food is really good, but this location is terrible for service. No matter the time, I’ve never NOT had my online order as delayed. Terrible location, Hazel Township Pennsylvania.

Foods great, but staff with braided pigtails with a name tag "Charmely" isn't so charming. Her rude, ignorant, thinking she's special attitude is a turn-off. I watched her with a male customer and she was kind, but every woman she was not. It's really offensive to have someone like this serve my Grandma and I. Great food, but will not come back with management like this. No thank you.

Good lord I didn’t even finish my sandwhich yet and my stomach is killing me. Like actually painful. I’m afraid to start eating my cherry danish. The sandwhich did not taste good, tasted kind of old to be truthful but I’m hungry and still 2 hrs from home so I ate it anyways. Will never get from this Panera again. Cannot explain this stomach pain

Unfriendly and unprofessional. All coffees empty and order was incorrect. This is the Panera experience that sealed the fact that we will not bother eating at Panera again. They’re going backward not forward, unfortunately.

Clean with friendly staff and timely food prep. However, the avocado in my order was rock solid. When people get things with avocado in them, the expectation is that the avocado is ripe and soft... I couldn't even cut this avocado it was solid.

Had breakfast here and not impressed at all. Coffee is not hot. If you add milk, your coffee will become cold. One of our sandwiches was missing the egg, and instead of a16 oz smoothie we got 12 oz.
Being late in the evening decided to take my order back to hotel to eat but stopped inside the facility to order even though they had Drive Up order lane with ordering menu etc.
Vegetarian options: Some sandwiches and two soups are vegetarian but they could I guess withhold adding of slices of meat/ bacon etc ??
Parking: Enough parking for seating down patrons also have drive up option with enough lane space for few cars
Wheelchair accessibility: One can easily enter with wheelchair but didn’t see auto door opener press button at the door !! So someone has to pull the door open for wheelchair bound person to enter two doors…

I ordered 2 bagels toasted, cut, and with cream cheese. What i got two non-toasted bagel not even cut was tossed in the bag with no cover on the bagel then just tossed in a cup of cream cheese will not come back for breakfast.
