Amazing food. Great price. Don’t go in there and give my old lady a hard time. Have patience.

I love supporting small businesses so I desperately wanted to give this place a chance but boy was I mistaken. We sat for 20 minutes before anyone even spoke to us & then when the owner came out she seemed to be bothered that we were there. She was super rude throughout to the point where we left. Not sure how she gets business with that attitude. Very poor customer service

We went there for breakfast, but got lectured when my wife brought her own herbal tea in the place. Maybe Pat needs to retire. How do treat a paying customer because they don't want your drink. She should be happybto have a customer when the restaurant is empty at 930am. Never going back!

I always try to give people a chance. When I placed my order for food it seemed like the owner didn't have good customer service then. However, I still went in anyway to support mom and pop stores. But I will never come here again, And no I did not buy the food so I cannot tell you what it tastes like.

Very unwelcoming atmosphere. The owner was the only staff member so we had to wait a long time for service and to get our food. There was only one other person there besides us. I normally wouldn't complain about this but the owner was very unfriendly. Did not seem grateful that we were spending our money there (seemed annoyed). The food was good but the atmosphere was uncomfortable and the service was horrible. Will not go there again.

Cute place. Had a nice relaxing breakfast. Great pancakes, sausage patty and a fried egg. Better than average coffee, too.

Without question, Pat's on the Heights KNOWS Breakfast! Such a cozy little restaurant "on the Heights" in Hazleton, PA. My omelet was so good, I forgot to take a photo! Accompanied by perfectly golden potatoes and really good toasted rye, I was in omelet heaven! I mostly don't care for green peppers, however, a friend ordered peppers and onions in his potatoes. The peppers must have been in a brine because those home fries smelled so good! Next time, I will try this.Eggs are a simple food. Preparing them well is a skill honed over many years. At Pat's, they've mastered this art!Delightful staff and owner! Highly recommended breakfast destination in Hazleton, PA!

The waitress was very rude and slow. She told us to "just sit". She came to take our order and said "what do you want". When asked for decaf she stated you will have to wait. When ordering a western omelet she states "there are 3 omelets before you I dont have enough ham". She was the waitress and the cook. Had she been a bit more friendly would have been a great experience. The food was pretty good.

This place is awesome. It’s like an old fashioned diner. The food was great and the service is even better. The nice lady that was serving was welcoming, attentive, and made sure that everything was perfect. The portions were bigger than expected which was great. I mentioned the eggs were a little cold and she brought me two more quickly and they were hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend Pat’s restaurant to anyone and everyone.
