Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Stopped as a last minute idea while on a very hectic and tight lunch break for an order. went through the drive through to save time, was told they were short staffed and the drive through was NOT available, to come inside. So, naturally, i parked on the side of the building with the drive through window, walked up to the door, only to find it LOCKED!!! i then walked over to the drive through window, thinking that maybe it was just an oversight, but being lunchtime couldn't imagine it being locked to be told I had to walk around the building as there was ONLY ONE DOOR OPEN. yeah, not that far of a walk, but quite an inconvenience as i was already on a tight schedule. so, i did the next best thing... walked over to my car, got in and DROVE AWAY.... Maybe only one customer who did this but I wonder how many other customers are doing the same thing. This location has had multiple business fail just to the location alone, let alone, locking the doors and not allowing customers to enter.... How long will it last???

Not even sure where to start. The staff is so incompetent it’s not even funny. Pulled up to the drive through for 2 wraps and was told a 5 minute wait. Proceeded to wait to my food until I was already late from my lunch break, went back in to the store and was told the cook complete forgot to make them. Would give 0/5 if I could this place is a wreck.

Only get the chicken or the french fries, everything else is overcooked, burned, or soggy.

This place is awful, stood there for five minutes while everybody was in the back watching one guy mop and nobody ever said anything or came up to help us, ended up leaving. Whoever runs this place needs to hire better employees this was absolutely ridiculous

Tried to get the new pickle menu items yesterday and was told they were out!? How are you out of the brand new items people are going to want to try!?
The statement was then revised to 'it's frrozen'.
I just left and went to Chipotle instead.

Food drips grease. Workers have no clue how to interact with customers. Horrible experience from ordering to receiving the food that was basically thrown at me through the drive through window.

There was a mistake on my order , and I showed the manager. He instantly gave me the whole order for free for the mistake. Plus the food is delicious. I will be going here often .

This place is ridiculous. Prices on menu have no specifications. I ordered something from the menu that was 19.99 I get to the window and my order is 42 dollars. ABSOLUTLEY crazy.
