You have to wait at the drive thru speaker for 15 min. It’s awkward and not efficient at all. Then drive around and wait another 15 min. For your food. It’s really the worst and this has been multiple times

This place needs new employees. They don't give a damn about the customer and it shows by their lack of customer service. Waiting over 10 mins for a meal is crazy for a fast food joint and the food was cold. Last time I take my business here

The female working at sonic took 15 minutes to take our order and when she did, didn’t give us our total and didn’t answer us. very dissatisfied with the service here. won’t be coming back. had to repeat my order twice. unacceptable. maybe get some more employees working. 25 minutes to get our food, and the persons food in front of us. this is crazy.

I’m late to the sonic bandwagon better late the never great tater tots, onion rings are very good they have a cheese steak that’s isn’t bad I always get a blood orange refresher
I’m not at all exaggerating; I’ve never experienced slower service at a drive thru. There are so few customers here that we suspected they might be closed. The employees were nice and apologetic, and it seems more like they are doing their best, but they need a better system.
They also said their shake machine wasn’t working. Seems like a not insignificant amount of what they offer is their shakes. That was disappointing.

I came to sonic Around 10 PM on September 18th.. The girl that was working, the drive-through was incredibly friendly and nice and she did a great job cooking our food. Everything was very fresh and tasted great.
