The absolute best meal I’ve had at a restaurant in Pennsylvania in the 25 years I’ve lived here. I’m 55. We eat at Morton’s in Philadelphia, and experience fine dining at least 6 times a year. This restaurant beat them all. It is literally chefs kiss. GO. It is worth every penny.

Excellent experience! Food was amazing! Larry was our server and he answered any questions we had, was very personable and welcoming, he made the night! Sides are meant for sharing, Wagyu was to die for! Lobster tails were huge. Lobster and crab crostini appetizer had big chunks of crab meat. Will definitely be back!

The menu is expansive. There is everything from a simple, but delicious meal to Wagu beef. The service for us was excellent. The ambiance is enchanting. I recommend if you love fine dining at any price point. We will definitely return. This restaurant is the best thing to happen to Hazleton in a while.

Absolutely awesome experience. From the greeter at the front all the way up to the manager. (Eric) I was treated like I was part of the family. The atmosphere is truly amazing for the greater hazleton area. The food was second to none. I feel like you would have to travel hundreds of miles to get this kind of atmosphere, service and food. I am highly recommending the Carver's Reserve. I would call ahead for reservations. Great job everybody at The Carver's Reserve!!!

Had dinner for our first time here on Valentine’s Day. Very disappointed to say the least. They only offered a limited menu for the holiday which is fine but that should have been conveyed when we had made the reservations over a month in advance. The limited menu was okay but they only offered 5 meals plus 5 steaks to choose from. Mashed potatoes were instant, there bolognese was on par with a chain Italian restaurant, the steak was bland (not seasoned with anything at all) wasn’t a bad steak but no better than from any home grill. And concluded with a dismal choice of basic desserts. Overall I’ll say that if you’re looking for a great dining experience I would recommend somewhere else.

My wife and I had dinner at Carver’s Reserve in Hazleton and overall it was an excellent experience. The food was outstanding. The dry aged steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The atmosphere feels refined and high end without being over the top. Service was attentive, professional, and well paced throughout the evening. Drinks were well made and the wine selection was vast. If I had one small suggestion, it would be around presentation details. Salt and pepper shakers on the table felt unnecessary given the quality of the cuisine, and the kettle chips served alongside the dry aged steak slightly diminished the upscale feel of the dish. Minor points, but small touches matter at this level. Overall, a great night out and we will absolutely be back.

when i saw this place from the road it looks like a warehouse. however when i made it to the outdoor entrance and the inside was beautiful.
service was not what i expected as we waited 20 minutes for water and about that long for any refills each time. it took an hour and a half til the food was served.
the food was pretty good. however after waiting so long for the food (which it wasn’t even busy) the steaks weren’t cooked the ways we requested and the steaks were a bit fatty. they did offer to have the steaks made correctly but after the long wait we passed on waiting longer. the expression martini was delicious.
We made a reservation a month in advance for the Carver’s Reserve as we could not wait to try it. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The waitress and staff were excellent. The food was absolutely delicious. The steaks hands down are the best we ever had. The sides are big enough to share. If you are contemplating going there DO IT… We will definitely be back. I wish the owners the best of luck with it .It’s a great establishment for our area.

Congrats to the team! The food was really amazing, the meat was excellent and the side (gratin) perfectly seasoned. We had a delightful moment there, the service was top notched and again, the food delicious.
We didn’t manage to have a reservation and decided to go without because we really wanted to have dinner there. They offered us to sit at a high table in the bar space and then to move us to the dining room as they had space that became available. Both spaces are very pleasant and comfortable.
